So I germinated my seeds about 20 days ago and then planted them 1 of them has grown pretty good but the other 2 are pretty small why is this?
It’s like 2 week old and I just used top soilis last picture im looking at a 3 week old?
can you list the ingredients of the potting mix not seeing any aeration
I’m using the Westland topsoil that’s all I knowtop soil tends to be finer with its high sand content
i think youre growing in a standard hardware store brand potting mix?
I’m not testing the moisture I water them every 2 days and I give them tripart 5-0-1 micro tripartite 3-1-6 grow tripartite 0-5-4 bloom and 4-0-0 cal mag aminoso heres whats gonna be you immediate issue, soil moisture and nutrients.
are you testing moisture, how are you watering habits
what nutrients are you giving, or do you have on hand
^ This.so heres whats gonna be you immediate issue, soil moisture and nutrients.

Yes the room there in is always pretty Warm^ This.
I'm also curious about the temperature. Are they warm enough?
okay. so. growing that plant is basically a balance of different environmental inputs under your control watering being one of them. it as important that you learn wet/dry cycles and its importance on plant healthI’m not testing the moisture I water them every 2 days
have heard good things of people following the tripart chart as a guideI give them tripart 5-0-1 micro tripartite 3-1-6 grow tripartite 0-5-4 bloom and 4-0-0 cal mag amino
I have left over soil but not a pot and does a meter tell me when I need to water them?okay. so. growing that plant is basically a balance of different environmental inputs under your control watering being one of them. it as important that you learn wet/dry cycles and its importance on plant health
do you have a spare pot of the same size and potting soil left over? you can then use it to give you an idea of how heavy, or lite the pot should feel before your next watering. that or get a meter
the meter gives you an indication of moisture at a specific depth (roots), pushing the tip of your finger into the first inch of soil not being ideal test of moisturemeter tell me when I need to water them?
Ok thanks and is there a soil u recommend I use in the futurethe meter gives you an indication of moisture at a specific depth (roots), pushing the tip of your finger into the first inch of soil not being ideal test of moisture
i have little experience using standalone potting soil mixes, much less with the specific products on your area id assume. have found that amending my own soil works best. for recommendations hang around and wait on other to guide you. if you are interested in super soil shit gets slightly more involved literally but ill guide you on thatOk thanks and is there a soil u recommend I use in the future
Ok also is there a specific amount of water I should be giving them I’ve been giving 500ml between them does the amount matter or just when the soil is dryi have little experience using standalone potting soil mixes, much less with the specific products on your area id assume. have found that amending my own soil works best. for recommendations hang around and wait on other to guide you. if you are interested in super soil shit gets slightly more involved literally but ill guide you on that
water retention properties of the soil matter here this is why measure water to determine watering cycles is wrong. factors such as temperature rapid air movement and humidity also play a roleOk also is there a specific amount of water I should be giving them I’ve been giving 500ml between them does the amount matter or just when the soil is dry
Nah I’m not getting any runoffwater retention properties of the soil matter here this is why measure water to determine watering cycles is wrong. factors such as temperature rapid air movement and humidity also play a role
are you getting any runoff when watering with the 500ml, would not water soil with high water retention properties till runoff only saturate the soil
Also how often should I give them nutrientswater retention properties of the soil matter here this is why measure water to determine watering cycles is wrong. factors such as temperature rapid air movement and humidity also play a role
