So I always used promix and the guy at store was actually trying to save me $$$...that's like against their code or something?!?!?!?!... anyways... anyone ever use this soil... guy claims bonticare wanted to make a soil that rivaled promix and this was 10 bucks cheaper for a bale

I’ll be watching, already switched form lucky dog ($65/bale) to promix ($43bale), it’s $10 cheaper than that?

Great horned owl. Beautiful thing ain’t it?

We had a Great Horned Owl that lived in a neighbor's barn a couple miles down the road, and he would show up around our house around dusk.

One night he took off with one of our cats. This owl stood damn near 3 feet tall it was the biggest owl I've ever seen in my life. We were all sitting at the dinner table one summer evening with the windows open and all we heard was a cat fighting with something and then we heard "Meeeeeeoooooowwwwwwwwwwww" as if it were being carried off into the sunset.

We never saw that cat again.

Meet Benji my new creepy toy that I will add to the weird collection. It's a toy from the 1920-1930s. The mount and the "ropes" are made of cardboard...

*Edit* it's not cardboard it's like this heavy weird envelope paper. Similar to very thin cardboard paper.


However Benji himself is actually made of real horse skin turned inside out and sown together, his hair is real horse hair and I have no clue what's inside and I don't want to find out

I would be traumatized if I had to play with this shit as a kid, like WTF who thought this was a good idea for a toy?
