One of the best things about Christmas is giving. Another of my favorites is her outlandish guesses. She thinks these are hot wheels. One year she called one a kayak because of the size of the box. The other gift I got her this year she’s calling it a u log? Idk what that is lol
Stay tuned, you’ll see, it’s epic. Even for a log 😂

And so it begins, woke up this morning and my leaves are starting to taco, I am getting rust spots on the viens of the leaves and on the edges.

It's the longest I have gone without the issue showing it's ugly head. She has been at 750 ppfd since day 21 of flower the light has not changed it was still at 748 ppfd this morning. Yesterday leaves were flat. Not taco'ed no leaf discoloration. I have reduced the light to 600 ppfd and I am going to ride it out at that level for the next few days. No change in ferts, they have been steady no change in temp, humidity did go up a bit but nothing crazy.

Day 52 of flower, this is same thing I get every grow this is just the very early stage of it ( it will decline quickly even with reduced light) . I am tired of every grow going to shit mid to late flower. I thought I had figured it out with the new ferts but that only bought me a few extra days, weeks.

I have seen this same issue pop up everywhere on multiple forums and none of them have found a solution. 😭😭😭😭😭 Sad days.
the brown little marks look calcium related ive seen it, and corrected it many times with ph adjusted cal and mag water to run off.

pH lol I just checked soil pH and it's still steady at 6.9 same as it has been throughout the whole flower cycle. So fairly sure this rules out a pH issue.okay sorry @Captspaulding didn't mean to train wreck your topic 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣, I'm go do some more research. Have a good day everyone. 😎
At high pH levels, calcium and phosphorus tend to bind up with each other. At low pH, aluminum and iron bind up phosphorus and limit the nutrient's availability id try a lower ph maybe high ph is causing something like this. i could test 6.9 in the soil but whats saying it isnt over 7.0 by a fraction causing this problem. like i said before bud buffers run out there fore bigger pots add more buffer and so on.

Thank you for the suggestion. I've have decided on a game plan for this grow, but the next one should be showing signs of this issue soon, I will hit you up when that one falls apart and we will try your game plan. 😎 It happens every grow so shortage of future attempts. 🤣😂🤣😂

i think you sort it soon pilted plants look great, either way they look awesome what a bit leaf damage in soil plants are never gonna be 100 percent all the way. tends to happen to when going past the flowering period, could be just the plants signaling harvest is close if you no what i mean👍

I can't change the pH in the soil, it's locked in I can run 9 pH water through it and soil is still 6.9, I can run 4 pH water through it and still 6.9, when adding buffers to the water it does raise it 0.1 degree up closer to 7, but because it's peet.moss with lime, I am not sure how I would adjust it. Next one is only like 2 weeks to a month out before it will show same issue, we can go over it in detail when that one gets it.

I'm rolling with @JKash suggestion, raise light and slightly lighten feed on this run. I'm harvesting ever 1-2 months with my setup so I have a lot of opportunity to try stuff. We will figure it out eventually. Got a very good group of talented growers on here. How could we not figure it out. 😂🤣😂🤣

no around 6.4 light cal mag dose going in normally fixes it right away, in full flower though you wont fully see the fix only like a few week in. in grow it will just get rid of it straight away.

so no matter what water you put in ph stays at 6.9.

Yeah it's promix the peet moss is really really low pH, they add limestone to the potting mix to stabilize the soil pH ( not the water pH) so my soil is always locked in at 6.9. when I add buggers I do get a fluctuation but only 0.1 and this will stabilize half way through dry cycle at 6.9.

i would try lowering the soil ph some how, i swear its better for a wider range of nutrients to lower ph to say 6.0 and back up to 7.0 every now and again. remember reading this somewhere and all ways worked well.

pH buffers example pH down pH up.

Yeah considering peet moss is hydro I was thinking the 6.9 was high also and did a bunch of research on how to get it down. I ran 50 gallons of water through the soil at one point in a previous grow and it did nothing but continue to raise the runoff PH with every gallon. My runoff pH ended up getting up of 8 pH. That's when I invested in a soil pH meter. That helped a lot. Then I did more research on lowering pH and came up with adding sulfur, and something else, but this is a slow process that needs to be done months before you start the grow.
