I was told not to put more than 5 seeds in a cup of water when I first started.......

I'm assuming it's bullshit.....

I've seen more than yours in a cup.....

So......when it was told to me, my mechanical side tried to understand why or why not.....

The only thing that I came up with was oxygen, or lack there of, from the competition .....

I've come to the conclusion that soaking seeds for 24 hours, even 36 hours, wouldn’t be deprived of oxygen.....

Have you ever had problems germinating that many at once?

I wonder why that was told to me from a experienced grower......I'm guessing he's been doing this for a couple decades.....

Any thoughts or just b.s.

Ive had few old seeds pop diesel with the little root cubes, had few fail then popped them in the cubes and one popped up, almost like the liite root had something to grab old of. the cube then gave it boost to crack the shell.👍

About a year ago I was germinating some seeds.....most sprouted within 24 hours....

I was busy with home, work, family, new plants, old plants.......maybe lazy.....prove it.....ha...

Anyways, I left the rest in the H²o/water mix.....

8......8 days later, it popped and in the medium it went......

I've heard of ginger being used for botanical purposes. Heard it stimulates root growth and other beneficial stuff. Do you soak the crystallized ginger with your pods? That's pretty rad

No, I make special magical chocolate truffles:)
The ginger helps with digestion and fights off the garden gnomes that punch you in the gut from consuming such magical truffles
