I found when shopping for bongs you're paying for the name most of the time. Nothing new there.

I was browsing Grasscity. Saw a bong I liked 'on sale' for $70. Then saw it was only 3mm thick. Which is like the minimum thickness they can make a bong. The $30 ebay bong I bought is 8mm thick which is what I was looking for. Don't care about name brands or who reads their advertisement on it.

Word a solid piece free of logos is something I wud cop.

A lot of people get their info from the coco for cannabis site. According to that, you shouldn't let it get less than 90% saturated. Like zero drybacks. It even recommends to water like 3 times a day (haven't done that personally). I'm noticing as the plants get bigger it's getting harder to combat even in the same pots with the same feeding schedule. So they're expelling all that extra moisture because I guess they just don't need that much? Been reading up on the science of it but it's hard to tell what info is correct and what's BS. lol

Anyway I'll keep playing with various things and get it right before the flip. I have 2 circulating fans going now and ordered another to put below the canopy. Hopefully with lots of airflow there won't be any major issues even if it stays a little higher than recommended.

You’ll definitely need to cut back on watering after the flip, because you’ll be losing six hours of light periods. This might also help lower humidity.

Been catching up on the posts from today. About the bongs….. your smoke is only as good as your bong. You get some cheap bong for 20 bucks and you’re gonna get shitty results. Get a thicker glass with a larger chamber and it will knock your socks off. Eventually you will end up buying 2 or 3 of those cheaper pieces because they don’t seal up or they break. Just spend it on one you like…. My opinion anyways. I noticed the different in a shitty bong and a good one. Felt like my face was melting off, sweats all that with the better piece…. They are easier to pull on also. Doesn’t take as much lung

Get you a legit mixing bowl. We got a really nice one a couple years ago, it really did change the inconsistency issue almost immediately. Unless it’s a batter you just can’t whip for long periods in one, I really do believe in them now. A little pricey, but worth it imo
