Topping , training . It's canopy management.
It's definitely an advanced technique. Not for beginners.
Having all the tops at the same distance from the light .
This auto stretches with very thin branches . I wanted thick branches and get 8 fat tops . And it looks nice .
So it's a therapeutic and enjoyable hobby that rewards me with flowers that taste much better than most commercial weed. I love taste don't give f.xk about yields.
I also have canabonsai plants . Nothing about yields but damn is it cool to look at . Fun to grow .
To my astonishment everything, almost everything about cloning autos says tiny plants , crappy yields .
I'm super stoked to have a half oz of very tasty flowers . Oh yeah there are 3 clones.
Anyways .
To me bro science is repeating what you have heard with out doing an actual scientific control.
Google cloning autos .
You will have to dig very hard to find actual pictures and results. Every time the pictures of actual results defy the bro science bs of the impossibility to Clone autos.
So my bro science remark is about the general misconceptions about cloning autos that is proven incorrect by many people who have attempted to do so .

The Gentics of autoflower plants is not cut and dry . I think you know that and question why would I phoenno hunt for this gentic variation. ?
Good question .
I have multiple small grow units . I cloned these purely out of curiosity. I will say this one more time we are not all interested in maxing out yields .
Some of us have other goals .
Well I guess being a proper fuck face can be a goal. Where are your plants?

I plan to grow an auto in a few weeks when the plant in my 2x2 tent is done flowering. It will be my first auto. I doubt I'd try to clone it. I'm mostly curious to learn about how it grows and what the quality of the weed will be. The top candidate is Green Gelato Auto from RQS. It's supposed to be ready for harvest 9 to 10 weeks after sprouting. That should be interesting to see.

The biggest thing with autos is to give them a good start, if the stunt as seedlings, there's no recovery time. Up-pot no more than once. You can top once if you like, and definitely LST. Go light on nutes until they really start growing in their final home. Once they get going they are fairly greedy feeders, since they do grow quickly. Pour the light to them 18/6 or 20/4 throughout the grow.

If you can't consistently get 4 or more oz. from an auto, you aren't doing something correctly. It's not hard.
Pretty arrogant bud, with basically nothing to show for it. That's a nonsensical statement if you understand cannabis at all. Phenotypes bud, its cool your new to growing. Just dont be an arrogant dick✌️

Back at ya, I’ve been growing since the mid 70’s. Started in Humboldt Co. in the Emerald triangle, have grown autos, on and off for the last 6-7 years. I showed you the pics, just because you can’t do it with your obvious lack of knowledge and technique doesn’t mean it can’t be done. I’ve grown dozens of auto strains.

I would have hoped you would be much better by now, 50 years and that's what you've got? Cool bro your not worth my time ✌️

Not sure you know how to grow, just crow!
How many ozs dry do you think I averaged from these jack h autos? Ball park?

Nice Work!!!! Hard to get a perspective on size, but I'd say well over 4 oz, probably closer to 6-8. Plus, those still have(had) some time to go and bulk up. What was the count and the amount? Inquiring minds want to know!

Hopefully this helps with the perspective.
They were in 5 gallon Home Depot buckets.
There was 4!plants.
9 0zs dry.
Works out to 2 & 1/4 per plant.
They were the biggest autos I ever ran.
Some of the numbers being tossed around, yeah I’m just gonna say, cool.

Where did the seeds come from? An auto that's 7 weeks and hasn't floweredis probably is not an auto, and you got photos by mistake, or if it's bag seed, then some got pollinted by another auto, the others by a photo. The Auto gene is a double recessive, so if an auto gets pollintated by a full photo, the seeds will be photos.
