Sorry man! You stated you know they aren’t ready yet ummmm. Look for swelling, more trichome production on the buds, hairs turning orange (not a for sure indicator though) watch the calyx and trichs on the buds. This was crash course status! Youll get a better explanation from someone more experienced than me

They are the same as all cannabis plants from hemp to Ganja, trichomes. I look for all opaque and about 50% orange hairs.

Ok people I need some advice about harvesting. These plants are autos going on 13 weeks old but had a slow start due to the shite weather I’m always moaning about. First time growing so when should I be thinking of harvesting? I’m sure they aren’t ready just yet but I need to know what to look out for. 3 gellato glue and 1 on far left is strawberry banana.

Its all gonna be down to prefrence. Get a little cheap led scope you can inspect with.

Def wait for all trichs to be cloudy for peak potency. But beyond that its all down to preference. I used to harvest at 50/50 milky amber when younger, but as ive gotten older ive shifted to mostly milky with a hint of clear and amber both. Can take an indica to mostly amber to make a stash of bedtime buds, can harvest a sativa at mostly milky for some lunch break buds, all preference.

like plumber said, All opaque trichs at 50% red hairs is a pretty damn good benchmark.

Cheers guys I’m just not sure what to be looking for as ready and not wanting them to go too far, so that’s good advice and what I was hoping for, is it normal to feel bad about finishing a plant cos I’m getting serious anxiety, I think I’ve got to attached to my plants

You’re good man! Sure! You just spent however long with this plant, nurturing and caring for it and now you are going to kill it! You have to remember like anything we consume in the way we made it for that purpose : )

Get on here daily if it makes you feel better! You put a lot of effort into what you got and fucking it up now would suck. If you dont know ask! Get on her daily : ) some may get annoyed but FUCK’EM! I’m here for you man, and I know a lot of other folks are here for you also! : ) calm down take some breaths, remember why youre growing, and know its going to be the dankest smoke when you get done! : )

Damn, almost 10am here on the left coast and I'm still in bed. Been awake since 5:30 like most mornings but other than getting up to pee and/or make coffee I haven't left the bedroom

I sprayed down the plants last night, forgot about my breeders which I'll get tonight, and it's time I got off my ass, smoke a fatty and fertigate the plants as well as check on any possible squirrel damage.
