This is my 4th year growing. I always used clones before. This year I went seeds for the first time. Pretty excited to see how things turn out.

I live in Northern California almost to the Oregon border. It gets hot here but rarely breaks 100. I know that's hot but it's never been a problem. Getting more direct sunlight that's a problem 🙃.
I’m down near red Bluff! I thought you were down in the valley also! Sounds like you’re at a place that gets a little relief! More power to ya! And that sunlight thing is a big deal in my opinion! The more direct sunlight, the better! I’ve grown in the shade of trees, or where the shadows were started getting cast about 4 PM, and I was never happy with the outcome! Hope you knock it out of the park!

I have no choice about sunlight. It is what it is. My tent is never closed. It is merely to block heavy winds and rain.

Right on! I thought it was an enclosed greenhouse. I’ve just never had a plant respond positively anytime I’ve impeded, direct sunlight! And down here in this hot hell hole, I have tried a few ways. No luck! Better, just putting them out into the furnace! Make the best use of what light you can get! Hang in there!

When i was growing here in Tennessee years ago, i started actually hunting down spots near trees that were shaded from about 3-6 intentionally. about 20-40 foot north-northeast of a 50 foot or so shade tree was perfect in many cases lmao. When we get on into late june through early September, we break 90 most days during that period, and with high humidities. Plant transpiration suffers greatly lol. Through august even a lot of our older trees suffer during that time of day lol. My current plot, i chose to leave a near by tree that gives scattered shade from about 330-6 too lol. Prob more like 4-6 come flower. Im thinking about August and early september mainly. Is our hottest time of year. And in august humidity can be unbearable. Makes 80 feel like 95, and makes 95 feel like the blazing infernos of hell itself at about 4pm... and transpiration, whether plant human or horse, makes things worse a lot of times. Plants will literally accumulate water on the tips of their leaves and it just drips down on themselves lol. With a lot of indicas youll actually have more PM and mold issues leaving plants exposed during those periods counter intuitively. They leak water right into their own flowers and it doesn't evaporate or reabsorb.

Even floridians get surprised by our Augusts here. At least their wind blows during August lmao.

My grow season environment here (western side of southern Appalachia) is not too far off from the PNW in a lot of regards actually so far as i understand it.

Yeah, that high humidity is your Achilles’ heel back there! But not much man, nor beast, nor plant, can do about it! Just kind of suffer! L O L! Well, I guess man can hole up in an air-conditioned refuge! When it comes to growing, I hate all humidity! L O L! Atmospheric humidity has never done me anything good!

My yields have always been pretty good. 1+ pounds a plant. I know it's not crazy good but I'm a new kid in the growing world still. =)

That looks alot like the one i have, i put whatever doesn't finish before the rains in it. But i if there to big at most is 2 then it's supercrop time. Bend the branches over and get a knuckle

Things are still moving along. They had a worm compost tea yesterday and seem happy. My Mimosa plant is so beautiful to me.

Well this is where I'm at right now. My Tropicana Banana and Peyote Critical are nearing 5 feet. My Mimosa is about 3 feet and Ayahuasca Purple just behind it. The Peyote Critical is a seriously thin plant. How it will hold buds is beyond me. The Ayahuasca Purple is a very dainty plant. No huge leaves, just a very petite plant
I also have 2 Biscotti Cream F1 and a clone I took from my Mimosa.

My plants In bags need water everyday. The weather here is 90+. Does that matter?
