Maybe oil her up a bit mate? I do maybe once every 3 months bit of vege oil it quiets the zipper down a bit to as I live in an illegal country with neighbours fairly close every bit of stealth helps😂👍

I was thinking around the same time frame. I have them in a plant pot inside, I just took them out for a better view.
I thought they may be better off inside, but yeah they may be better off outside. I have them sitting here atm.
Thanks I think I will leave them for a day as its suppose to rain later.

What you want to do is wet a cotton ball. This will prevent them from drowning .

Personally I think it should be replaced. It hasn’t even been an entire grow. I will tinker with it this weekend. I don’t exactly have anywhere to put the plants or the equipment if I need to exchange it. It still works as long as the second zipper doesn’t screw up.

It's probably jumped off alignment by a tooth on one side.

if all else fails, once you replace it, separate the zipper behind it (behind the narrow part of the zipper) carefully with an eyeglass screwdriver or something

And then force the zipper back over it. 1 of 2 things will happen lol....

It'll jump back into alignment, or itll come off one side of the zipper. Ive fixed a couple this way, and also ruined one.

Fun fact time!

Because in the 1950s, some highly funded research concluded that your average American is "x" % more likely to be comfortable spending their money if relaxing music is playing. True story lmao..

Until streaming came along, there was an entire highly profitable industry spring out of that research where record labels would rent mix tapes of current hits (mostly upbeat hits, with positive and reaffirming lyrics lol) that constantly looped on low speed highly durable magnetic tapes (originally they were 16rpm automatic record changers) Businesses like Malls and Grocery stores would pay monthly subscriptions to always have the record label come out and change the tapes in the machine that they also rented from the record label.

Now a days these commercial looping music players are pretty valuable in the collector worlds lmao. But for many decades this was the ONLY way to get Ad-free music playing in your establishment, unless you wanted to buy every tape or CD yourself and change them out manually.

Capitalism at it's finest, really.

There’s people who go to bars and listen for music playing then sue them for using the music without paying. It’s nuts.

I will probably talk to them about the warranty before I try to break it. My grow store or ac affinity.

If they own copies off the music being played and no way to prove direct profiting off the playing of it, usually they can get away with it.

Theres modern juke boxes now that run off a Spotify music subscription that the establishments profit directly from though. And those can def get a place into some trouble though if they jailbreak em and use em anyway.

I paid for my cd fair and square 😁 I should be able to share it with anyone I want in my establishment . No one is going to restaurant or bar to hear Taylor swift songs. 🤓

the problem is the drop a quarter play a song jukeboxes.

You can jailbreak those to run off your own music subscription, and still have bar goers drop in money to play songs. You still technically payed for the music, but you cant profit off someone else's intellectual property without permission.

The record industry considers that stealing music, and thats what they have people go around looking for. I personally think its some BS but also torn on the subject (the going around snooping part is total bullshit and uncalled for, even though as a musician i actually agree you shouldn't be able to profit off my intellectual property without my permission, even if you bought it on a physical CD or storage medium that does blong to you, im not gonna hunt you down and snoop you out about it though lmao.)

I only know of one place that still has a jukebox out here. Then again I don’t get out much and I live in a smaller town than Phoenix.

lmao, i havent lived in phoenix in a long time (if thats not what ya meant my bad). I live in the middle of nowhere 45 mins from anything in the TN mountains lol.

In my experience you see those more at private divey style bard and stuff now a days. Corner biker joints and shit.

Most modern places just have someones phone playing spotify through the intercom or sound system lol. It avoids all problems all together.

at the biker bar by where i used to live on the outskirts of KC, you would just holler out a song name to the bartender, she'd holler back "You buyin your own drinks?"

If you said yes, shed put you on the playlist lmao.
