That oneguyyouknow has some explanation of the thca in his state how they sell it . From what I understand out of it they grow strains that have low thc and after heating the thca product produces the thc. I watched a video on it. Here’s dispensary in my state showing thca and thc.

he’s talking about the thca labeled stuff. They just rock the full entrapment in Houston still?
THC-a is the main cannabinoid drug strain cannabis produces. It takes time, oxidation, and heat exposure to change it into anything else. (delta-9, the *only* federally illegal hemp sourced cannabinoid)
no theyre the same strains being grown anywhere else. They just test the THC content in ways that do not create heat while the flower is still fresh and wet. There's very few strains that test above 0.3% delta-9 thc when tested like that, most are good to go.
I can go down to the indian corner store and buy an 8th of gelato if i wanted to right now from Flow Gardens, and you would struggle to find a better example in any medical or rec dispensaries. Can confirm that for sure. Flow actually has the finest example of Durban Poison and Gelato 44 ive ever had anywhere, tbh. They have the finest example of many strains ive tried. Theyre just fuckin expensive because that facility is run by the breeder of the Flow genepool. Not that it matters, but hes won several cannabis cups with the strains hes growing in facility right here in TN now too.
Thc-a isnt even a grey area in the farm bill law, it was written explicitly with only one possible intention lol. Isn't even a loophole, the law is written explicitly in non interpretable wording lol. It's means exactly what it means, and legal experts cant even argue over it, because of how well it was written lmao. The 2018 farm bill is one of the most undebatable, most thoroughly-worded, least open to interpretation constitutional amendments ever drafted.
Nothing cannabis wise is legal here. Somehow they can sell some sketchy named stuff at the gas station
About a year ago they were asking $19/gram for I don’t know what. It looked and smelled like weed. I won’t mess with it. Too much weirdness about

That was probably real weed. Just over priced real weed. Probably nothing strange about it unless it was just poorly grown, which is very possible, if not likely. There's really only two sources here in TN ive come across peddling legitimate high quality cannabis. Flow Gardens and Cumberland Cannabis Co. Most of the behind counter jarred flower is pretty low quality work bud people are just buying on the street and selling in shop because nobody is stopping them here. It's def been the same when ive been in NC and virginia. Shops are selling legit cannabis, you just have no idea of its quality or source. If i buy store bought "thca" flower, its flow or cumberland. And that stuff is as good as any commercial flower ive bought in a dispensary 100%
This was the same PB Breath youll find at many a dispo out west and up north lol. Promise
They pack it in light proof, air tight containers, and pure nitrogen (like a bag of chips lol)
