those are the hair like fibers that carry wild lettuce seeds around in the wind this time of year.


Theyre kinda like the tufts of fuzz on a dandelion seed, but finer and longer.

you've definitely seen them before, youve probably seen them in the last 15 mins tbh. thistle, wild lettuce, and giants field dandelions. they seriously annoy me during flower season. were a pain back in KC too.

If you have any of these near your plants, hose em down ,then remove them. remove what you can safely from the flowers, they will form calyx clusters around them and youll be pulling fibers from them as you smoke on them lmao

was hitchiking from clarkesville TN up through kentucky on back roads toward paducah. One of the best rides we got was a Mennonite guy pulling a load of hay with his tractor. Pulled over had me and my road dog hop on the trailer. My buddy was wearing a tshirt with bob marley smoking a joint on the front. He talked with us a bit, eventually asked us what we thought about smoking. And i went with the usual "Smoke what?"

He pulled out one of the fattest joints ive ever seen in my life rolled in what looked like dry cannabis leaves cigar style, lit it up and passed it. It was absolute kill too. Right before the subject went to smoking, we had asked him what his name was and he just told us to call him "Big Amish"


We spent that entire summer telling every other road kid we met that we slonked fat doinks with Big amish outside Hoptown Kentucky (hopkinsville)

The amish and mennonites are big hemp producers. But they definitely produce "other forms" of cannabis as well, it's just a lot less well known lmao. Theyre really fuckin good at it too.
