And it begins! This is only a few once they get into formation they are LOUD you can head them coming for 5 minutes before and after they get to you, one of our favorite thing to do is watch them with the kids

Oh and this was about 2 minutes after a all blacked out helo came over the house at about 300’ at most, was defenitly military but damn he shook the whole house dogs started freakin 🤣 he was movin fast though, real fast not searching for anything

Should've yelled at them in your dad voice to get their shit together and get all their ducks in a row.

If you or the wife are into birds, Merlin is an excellent app to help ID the birds around you via calls, especially this time of the year.

We have a few wildlife sanctuaries around us we visit as well most of the local birds we know, spend enough time in the hammock out back by the creek and you’ll see the bald eagle come by once in awhile too they are fairly rare around here but they’ve been nesting a few creeks up and running the creeks for fish

there are prob;ems with formation if theyre stressed.
its definitely a mutated plant man. i got polyploids in multiple forms, and all kinds of stuff from the seed i pulled that plant from. that stock was inbred for 30 generations from two distinct genepools. There's genetically weird plants all over that batch of seed.

Stress more often then not causes signs of stress. Not mutation lol. It can cause some defuct growth but it's also almost always very easy to handle. This thing can't be fed over 200ppm inside and burns under LEDs no matter what you do. Doing alright unfed outside in ground. But it's roots or very deformed and full of tumors and shit

💚🤙

Goodness. I had no idea you still had so many outside. Everytime I see you post, you've cut one. The ones still out there look incredible. Noiiiceee.

While I love the odd balls, I need them to grow. Hahaha. Maybe that one doesn't get to continue in breeding or it's best for indoors. I love the duck, but not as much as the freaks.

I've cut 3 of 14 or 17. Can't remember lol. Only 2 small faster flowering indica F1s so far. And the mystery sativa

I do find moths interesting, but I copped the cryptid’s nom de plume when I signed up here.

Was the festival in Point Pleasant, WV?
I gotta check that out at some point, mothman is the shit, I heard that he’s been hiding out near Chicago lately. Lots of newer sightings in that area over the last few years. As a kid I was really into cryptozoology, constantly checking out books on the Jersey devil, mothman, Bigfoot and aliens. 👽

It won't do LEDs at all. There's not really anything to be done with that plant. I have plants from the cross worth keeping. That tiny breeding clones right next to it is my fave plant from the cross and is making me lots of seeds as we speak.

Those nests are absolutely massive. Their calls always make me laugh because they are nothing like what is normally portrayed (usually a red tail). Beautiful bird for sure. We have a few nest around.
That’s a lesser known fact, it is indeed a red tail hawk call that is commonly used in movies and film as a bald eagle call. Raptors are cool 😎, I’ve rescued a red tail hawk before that was in shock. We’ve got a raptor rehab facility thirty minutes north of here.

Wow, love it! Funny how small it is compared to the giants in the background. Great voice also 😎

Worm buds is rather not rot from the big Columbian dominant pheno. 🐛🪱

Tad bit obsessed with birds of prey. 😍

Rescued a Cooper's hawk that hit a building downtown and was stuned. Took it to a raptor center too. A coworker was freaked by me picking it up with my bare hands. It was injured and had the talons secured. Beak is not much of a threat.

I have a couple families of red shoulder hawks whose home is in the woods that surround me. They catch thermals right above my backyard and ride them. I have to constantly watch my cats, especially my tiny female. The 2 males are huge. Not sure a hawk could take them, but I am bery cautious regardless. They teach their babies all summer long. It's nice to watch.

Sorry my recording sucks, but you can see them eventually and hear them.

i wish fishing in a smokey mountain trout tournament and a jeuvenile bald egal crashed and burned right in front of e in the river trying to grab a trout. he went under after he went through some rapids. was like 30f and i jumped in to grab him (first cold shock experience) and i sucked in water and went stiff as a board. But i somehow felt wet feathers on my hand and grabbed em hard.

Went un stiff after 3 or 4 seconds (is actually absurdly painful when it happens) and drug myself and (thought it was a hawk at the time) up onto the shore caughing up water. he just kinda stayed there starring at me, dad called animal control, we sent pictures, then they told us to call dollywood, they have an eagle rescue sactuary, its a young bald eagle not a hawk.

Dollywood people came out, and caught the bird and took him off to the sanctuary. He didnt resist them at all. was a cool experience. the eagle totally recognized we were helping not hurting.
