Coconut oil in mouth swish, yes it's kinda gross but it helps draw out the infection. Helped me once when I had one . And since then this is the only mouth wash I use cause it was the only one that helped the pain!

Smartmouth mouth wash is a dual mix really helps , feel better been there it sucks!
