Be glad it needs support. I don't think I'll have that problem with mine. Lol I'll be happy if she survives long enough to finish at this point. But I said the same thing about this strain at this point in my outdoor grow and they turned out fine. Yours looks great!

I'm critical about my grows it looks "ok",
This is my 4th real grow under my control.

I got some actual buds on my 3 gallons, these buds have too much leafing in the bud sites. I might honestly cook this whole plant into some super strength good night caramels.

Yeah don’t beat yourself up, the fact that the buds are heavy enough to bend branches is a good thing. As far turning the whole plant into edibles I say do it, it’s your plant you grew it and I can’t think of a better way to get the most out of a plant than making edibles, chemically speaking you actually get to a whole other level of highness when you ingest it. I’d smoke it personally at least a few top kolas, but that’s my favorite way to consume weed.

Wow ive been away from the farm awhile now. Juat thought id throw this out there as i did not join the challenge but i usually grow in 1 gallon pots so this is a single plant in a 2x2 tent i got near a qp of dried bud off it this season

Do you measure PPfd? Curious if you do.

Looks like you made those plants produce

I measure ppfd, I wouldn't say I grow by the numbers but use them as a starting point for what the plants like at different stages and adjust from there.

I bought this tent setup just so I had space for the contest, I actually haven't checked the ppfd for this light/grow.
Glad you mentioned something, I'll see what it's at tomorrow when the lights are back on.

I'm running the AC Infinity Ionframe Evo3, currently at 70% and hanging around 20"-24" over the tops.

100% not saying I chose the wrong plant by far for the challenge, she’s doing phenomenal and is definitely a winner pheno, but the one I have next to her the @RoyalQueenSeeds Apple Fritter in the 1 gal untopped and flipped same day is right on par with her haha

My biggest regret, if you can call it that, was not picking seeds from an established line.

The seeds were a mixed bag from a mixed pollination, so there is no consistency for me to judge between different methods.

There is the one that I officially chose for challenge, that is “organic” another that I put in a 2 gallon planter, also organic that is like 3-4 times the size of contest entry, and a 3rd that was left in the .6 gallon pot, but fed with Megacrop, that is no shit at least 6 feet tall. I cannot measure it accurately as it is all twisted and wound in ScroG currently, but will get photographed and posted to photo submission thread before chop. That one should be fun to unwind from netting.

However, I am totally in love with the way my entry is smelling mid/late flower. I will probably dust a few lowers with pollen, and see if I can force a reveg, so I can pull some clones.

Measured the ppfd of my 1 gallon plant.

Light is at 22", 70% intensity

Used Photone, calibrated and I also use a diffuser.

Some time earlier in the grow, someone mentioned small container grows. My 2oz shotglass autos are nearing their end now. A couple weeks on some and some and come sooner.

Some time earlier in the grow, someone mentioned small container grows. My 2oz shotglass autos are nearing their end now. A couple weeks on some and some and come sooner.

This is just the beginning for me. Well, my last solo cup grow was the real beginning. Buttt, this is that next big step lol. I think I can get way better out of the 2oz cups. And 4oz...might be the sweet spot for sub solo cup size.

Here is the 1 gal SIP. I took the bottom out of this worthless planter that nothing will grow in. It's supposed to drain off water but actually fits flush with the bottom so it didn't really do anything. I inverted it and put it in the bottom of a coffee container, added a scrap piece of pvc and a soil mix. Soil from my summer grow amended with alfalfa, kelp, garden compost, ocean fish compost, ewc and minerals. Seems to be working ok so far. Nice! I'd like to check yours out. My plant was taking it's time getting its footing but she seems to be coming along ok now.
