My first grow! Autoflowers in soil

Hey everyone! We finally got our setup going and germinated earlier. We have a couple White widow autos and GSC autos in our new 4x4 from vivosun. I got a 600w hlg blackbird and went the lazy route and automated my temps lol
But I’m loving it so far! I’ve loved reading the posts and learning about it all. I’m excited to see them grow and develop and hopefully deliver a decent harvest.
We germinated in pot, using coco loco, treated with great white. I’ve attached some screenshots of the placement and temps too!
Please give me any and all feedback!

Enjoy your setup and grow! It will be changing as time goes on. I just upgraded my old AC Infinity stuff to the current stuff. Waiting on seeds to pop now. HLG taking care of the photons. Good Luck!

I’m sure it’s cause it’s the first time but it sucks waiting to see that first little leaf pop up.
The controllers has been humming along since yesterday. Watching the graph is dataporn lol

What kind of hlg do you have?

650R in the 3 x 3 and Dual 350R's in the 2 x 4, both have a UVA light. I like power and ceiling of light that imparts control. Also keep a 100V2 4K in each tent for seedling light if I choose to use them. Like how you put a proper 8" exhaust fan in your 4 x 4. Many try to get by with 4" and 6" units and end up running them loud and fast. 4" = 2 x 2, 6" = 2 x 4, 3 x 3, 8" = 4 x 4, 5 x 5, 10" 4 x 8 and 12" = 5 x 10. Saw the 8" and smiled and thought there thinking, know something or dumb luck. Either way,,, Tis Good! You will be tossing the white circ fans in the near future. :) Do yourself a favor and put a 6" circ fan above the light. It will help with stabilizing temps in the tent and help keep the light happy. Up until the other day I had 3ea of those white fans in each tent. Pulled the ones in the grow area and put the AC Infinity ones in. So now I have lots of those white fans to use above the lights as they go bad.

yeah I kind of nerded out. I used the grow weed easy lb setup as a guide. She recommended the 8”, I just verified the cfm was right.
Hah I figured they’d be short lived. I wanted the ac ones but the wife nixed it. She said “how could fans cost that much”. I’ll bring her around ;)

Do you think my fan placement is good moving forward? I adjusted the lower left one to push the hot air better from the heater hose. The temps have been in a good cycle

I don't know anything about heating a tent. I use my lights to heat. I'm expecting seedling to burst forth anytime now. I'm holding 78F/75%rh lights on 24hr. Lights are 4' from the top of the soil drawing 200 watt and 200 ppfd as measured with a Kill-a-Watt and Apogee meters. I'm not expecting much stretch from the seedlings because of the spectrum of the Diablo lights. But getting seeds to pop has been the bain of my life since all this gay ass fufu weed is the norm now.

I do not reccomended autos for a beginners ever, photos are way easier.

Dang dude, you got the light science down! It’s a lot for me on that end of it.

Been being blasted with 900+ PPFD since week 4. In living soil I made. Water only the WHOLE time. PH 6.5 +-.3
Temps are 67-78
Humidity 38-42%

Nice! The living soil concept is so cool. How long does it take to develop enough living soil for a decent crop?

How long does it take you guys to see green from when you place the seed in the medium?
