one of my favorite times of the year is planting flowers and watching them bloom. we always have a variety of plants. this year we are doing tomato's, green beans, okra, going to try bitter melon too. we have a few more weeks of the chill. 42 degrees today. You know, we went to Florida to GET OUT OF THE SNOW. And it followed us there. Harrumph.
Mom's house is up for sale and has an offer already. yay
Mixed feelings about it. We used to go there every year at Christmas with the kids. It has alot of memories.
My lighting setup is good for 6 flats. I'm hoping to start perennials: rosemary, roman chamomile, coreopsis, geraniums, calamintha and canna (the big leaved pretty flowers ones). And of course tomato plants.
Once those get going, I'll put them on the porch where it's cooler and start the zinnias and cosmos.
Last year was my first for cosmos and I have been impressed with their size (to make my living flower fence) and beauty.
They're also quite resistant to the late season diseases, and looked much better than the zinnias by the end of September.
BUT, the zinnias have a permanent place in the flower garden and we love to watch the goldfinches rip them apart. LOL
I bought some blueberry muffin seeds from Humboldt when they had a sale after watching your grow.
Now I have to narrow down the rest. Not gonna be easy. LOL
looking good Leo. should be a good harvest for you. nice job.Spent all morning doing more defoliating and chopping, working on eliminating anything not getting light. Can't see all the little dots in the back.
I don't know what I did this time but hopefully I'll get a few jars out of it. lol

So does the Special Queen x m86 smell like pixie sticks yet? Lmao. Special Queen smells like pixie sticks while growing and a skunky carnival once cured. My m86 was sweet and beach nutty. Very curious what direction yours will goView attachment 2373103View attachment 2373104Lil nips center left pb2 and right m86^View attachment 2373107View attachment 2373108m86 and special queen , I didn’t do any training to any of the plants until knocked over the stretchers. @Thatoneguyyouknow_

Me 2. Got home about an hour ago, put away the groceries (wife's got the flu) made her some yogurt with blueberries and honey and poured my first vodka and 7up. 2oz to 6. Went down like I'm an alcoholic and hadn't had a drink in weeks
Beautiful. It's an amazing cross. The first time I hit those grapes and berries was special. Before that it was pine and Lemmon and skunk and soil and no fruit flavors. I can't believe how many flavors we have today. I'm puffing on a Mother's Milk Jay that tastes like cream. Nothing like it, ever. Mix up a 50/50 with GDP or Blueberry and holy shit. I'd love to do a j with chocolate flavor. I honestly can't imagineBeautiful color on that boy.
My Flow GDP has some jaw dropping color, and a truly unique structure. Pics don't do it justice at all, it's such a beautiful silvery sleek purple. Subtle shade, but all over the flowers. Is my first GDP lol. Never had one to grow before.

Here’s how it goes when I put my face in the bush…. I don’t smell anything. So I checked on your request. Idk what pixie sticks smell like. Special queen c m86 smells sweet. The bb2 cross is definitely a decisive layer on the tent. It’s certainly not fruity, while I needed to rub stems to get the smell off of them to give you an opinion. In my opinion there’s one that smells gassy and that is not what smells the house up.So does the Special Queen x m86 smell like pixie sticks yet? Lmao. Any gassy skunk to the pb2 cross?
