So 13ish lbs of potatoes
7 cloves of garlic minced
1 large onion of your chpice
1 full pack of bacon of your choice

Cube potsties about 3/8 cubes cut bacon up in about 1/2” chuncks
Onion chopped nicely

Cook bacon till fat is melting biceely

Then add in garlic and onion, cook until onions start to soften, then add in potatoes

Reali3 I’m a dumb ads and it’s way too much even for my normal pan I use for this so I got out the skillet and split it in half to cook

Then in each.. half

All eyeball

1tbs pepper
1/2tbs salt
1/2 tbs paprika
1 tbs Italian seasoning
1/4 tbs oregano
1/4 tbs parsley
1/8 tsp sage

Living the dream I bake the occasional cake and feel verry proud although there just the Betty crocker box cakes honestly that all looks great I love my food to grew up on gammon potatoes and cabbage I need to learn to make stuff with fresh ingredients I might have to wait untill the kids get a bit older I've got two lads age 1 and 3 and two girls age 13 and 6 the girls are OK quite chilled out but my lads are mad climbing the walls haha and allready fighting each other

My soul left when I was 12 and started workin at a farm

I was the post holder in the grape vineyards the tractor had a post pounder and I would hold the post in place for the tractor to slam it down into the ground,. Huge steel plate on the post pounder would drive it in then I’d carry a punch full of staples and a hammer and secure the grape vines

Now that I’m thinking about it… was more like child slavery for $10 an hour cash

Yeah but it probably instilled a hell of a work ethic though.

It’s more of a “I like expensive shit” ethic, problem is the whole house has theta same ethic but I’m the only one who puts the word “work” in front of it when I discribe myself

Yep smoked a few nice bowls of Frostette, Kahuna, and cman x okie while shoveling

Now I’m warming up by the tents and jammin out haha

All the new growth coming in is showin the soils a bit warm but I expected that being what it is, each new leaf set is looking better and better so they are adapting quick to the soil, gettin that rhizosphere set up around their roots and established, fed with the FPF full stregnth with the big 6 and aloe added as well yesterday they all look happy as hell this morning

They have come out of their funky leaves Mike starting to look awesome gunna blow up real soon
