I thought that was Pittsburgh, but had to search the image in google to verify. My brother lives there. Stopped by on our way home from Wisconsin back in May of 2020. Didn’t stay for more than a couple hours, but it was nice to see the city. I’ll tell you what, it sure wasn’t as pretty as this picture makes it out to be. You could tell that the steel mills closing absolutely crippled that area even thirty years later. It really showed with the appearance of peoples houses, at least in the neighborhoods we went through.

That’s my favorite city I the world. Place could crumble to the ground and as long as Primani Brothers, Ditka’s, and the Monterrey Bay Fish Grotto all stay open, It’s all good 😁

I used to love hiking through Old Settlers park up in Robinson Township.

I didn’t see any of the bugs I have been fighting so I vacuumed up the de this weekend. Went to water the plants and the fuckers were back crawling around the tent. Threw more de down on the tent and will add again to the soil when it dries . Little bastards they die fairly easily but they apparently breed quickly. Found them in my living room now too. Just put some sunflower seeds in solos at the window. Whatever they are they look like killed 3 out of 6 of seedlings. Seems like they go after the roots. I should have gotten some sticky traps to try and identify them but they are so small I can’t capture a picture of them anyway. It seems like when the pot or cup dries up they start looking for moisture and move out the pot. When I water they are heading back to the soil.

Id definitely go with something like mosquito bits like @Mikedin uses at this point. Most hardware stores sell something comparable

I love Conan. I binged watched Team Coco all through the pandemic 🤣
I stopped watching tv because of the pandemic. It made me realize it’s all propaganda watching programming word for word on multiple channels. I guess that’s why it’s called programming 😁. I do love some old school comedy and must admit that the trailer park boys skits posted on this site crack me up and I would consider watching. In the last four years I’ve watched one thing on tv. Killer clowns from outer space. My lady is terrified of clowns and was cracking up the entire time.

Good call. Will consider it. Any concerns with seedlings? I don’t want to spraying spinosad or neem on young plants. It seems to stunt them.
A quick google search says harmless to plants, pets, humans and even beneficial insects.

if spinosad is stunting plants its because a bunch ended up in the soil.

you can straight up dip small plants in a spinosad solution upside down for like 5 mins, pull em out, shake em off, and good to go lol. Its like the least harmful thing ive ever put on vegging cannabis plants. Long as you dont wash a bunch into the soil.

Will turn pistils red early in flower though.

neem oil though? Yea, dont put neem oil on young plants lol.

I have gone through a couple of those, they don't hold up because of the overnight moisture outside. What's worked best is the good ol' fashioned Victor snap traps. I even bought a really stupid trap called "Drop in the Bucket." So here's how it's supposed to work. It's a contraption with a wheel that you bait and set over a bucket. The rat walks up a plank to the roller, steps out to start eating the bait and they lose their balance and fall in the bucket. Yeah... Right 😂🤣

It reminds me of this mosquito trap. It consists of salt, tequila, a stick and a rock. The mosquito comes up to the salt thinking it's sugar but after eating some it gets really thirsty, so it drinks the tequila. This causes it to get drunk and stumble over the stick and then it falls, hits its head and dies.
I tried this method, figured it was working because the salt and tequila kept disappearing, so I kept refilling it

Long story short the dog is a mean drunk

5 gallon water jug, I use 3, full the jug and put in 1/4 cup in each nug, stir around for 2 days then dump out 95% of the water keeping the bits at the bottom carefully then refill and let sit another day, it’ll be ready to use I don’t use the initial water because it’s super concentrated and foggy I dump that sometimes I’ll do it twice, then when you use the water just keep the bits in the jug and only empty 85-90% of the water, then leave the rest in with the bird and refill and out that jug to the back of the roatation

I haven’t seen a gnat in my tent in 3-4 runs now, for you guys that use EC to mix it’ll be an adjustment but that what all my base water starts out at

Even after a month it’s 10x cu ft of new soil in the tents still nothing at all

Yeah these aren’t gnats. I think they came from the uncle Jim’s worm castings. The are crawlers and don’t develop wings.
