How do y’all go about collecting, storing, and thawing to use? Any tips and tricks of the trade

I typically freeze after a day or two, store in the freezer in vials wrapped in napkins, when it’s time to use, I thaw in the fridge for about 4 hours or so, then bring to room temp in a dark cool cabinet and boom time for insertion… I’ve got good results so far. Is there anything I can do better?

Keep in mind postal employees are protected by unions. Add a high crime rate area like Chicago has and what you get are plenty of questionable employees that USPS struggles to get rid-of. The common saying where I used to work was "workers get worked and slackers get slack". I had worked for USPS in Boston and Brockton, MA. I heard supervisors in Chicago were being escorted to their vehicles for safety. That was back in the 90's! The workroom floors there now must be like working in a war zone filled with head games, arguments and violence. You can't expect mail to be processed efficiently in places like that. The 1st thing that happens when a postal employee gets messed with by a supervisor is the work slows down. The mail sits there or very little gets processed.

So any pharmacy that does picture development, go to their website find the photo center and you can have them print it on high gloss, poster boards, post cards all kinds of stuff. Then you just pick it up later. Not too expensive either.
