It appears skunk and o.g. kush are making a comeback to the spotlight. Am hearing them on the podcasts. Haven't seen much in dispos yet. We will see if they hit the shelves. Am seeing much o.g. action tho. So many o.g. types. Here in michigan, lume got the Jenny kush. She is i nice smoke, considering how old flower is when we buy it.
Jenny kush sounds like a good strain. Never had it. Too expensive, when there’s many other smarter options.

coming along

Beautiful morning for some bed prep. Few more weeks and it's off to the races on the photos. Also my autoflowers are thriving. Still small but they do this every time. Another couple of weeks and they'll have those containers filled out and will be waist high by harvest un June.

im jealous. 42 windy rainy shitty weather here.

Got the rest of the garden prepped as well. Not much right now. Just a few pepper plants that I over wintered. Got some strawberry beds prepped in the greenhouse. The other beds I'm going to do carrots, onions, beans, peas, corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, watermelon, and pumpkin.

This will probably be my last year growing autos in containers. My goal is to start direct seeding them in one of my raised beds next Spring. But start them later when it's warmer, not earlier when it's colder. 😂😂

Looks like the rain is over for the Spring, so topped the GG males…

and gave the GG girls their first topping. Looks like 6 out of 10 females (but only have room for 1).

Transplanted the fruit - Orange Gasm, Strawberry Cough, Mango Haze, AC/DC & Dutch Treat

Triangle Mint & Sunkiss still in the bags.

Do you move them in and out? Supplemental lighting?
It’s been hit or miss. A started some back in late February and those came indoor on rainy days for about a month. I move the pots around to follow the sun and the older ones have been getting light strikes from a couple security lights that the critters set off. I’m not sure if they’re bright enough to have an effect. Once they’re in the ground there’s 1 light that will be hitting the plants the entire grow - but it hasn’t affected flowering for 25+ years, so thinking it doesnt have much of an effect. Recently I’ve been purposely doing a couple 2 min light hits in the middle of the night as well as an extra hour in the morning and couple hours in the evening from an actual grow light. It’s set to mimic civic twilight (14hrs now) so really more to augment my lack of sun, rather than lengthen the photo period. (These are all my own seeds and I only need one not to flip, so not stressing. If they did flip it’s not a big deal as I don’t have room for them.)

The younger ones (and ones I do care about) are probably just getting to the point where photoperiodism will have an effect (21 days since they cleared dirt) so not overly worried about them flipping. 🤞

Wow. Your climate is so perfect for weed! Met my wife's new brother. (Ancestry will change your life) He lives in ventura. It was 60 degrees. All the time! Night low 60s. Day high 60s. It's crazy how temperate California weather is!
