"Helmet head" is normal, happens often. You're fine, sometimes the cotyledons are stuck inside and you have to manually intervene but it's just stuck to one little piece. Leave it be, it'll drop off on its own.

But I think I'm going to leave them about a weak because the soil seems like it's never going to dry since it's very humid here.Looks pretty wet! Make sure you let it dry way back before your water again! And my solos looks like Swiss cheese! And also like to have a small fan oscillating back-and-forth over them gently to encourage a little bit of drying! If you live in a humid area, drying can take forever! Your minds third eye can come in handy when visualizing where the roots might be and how they are progressing with seedlings! They don’t take much water! Can’t wait to watch your outdoor grow!

It works, but not ideal.
Because roots are born to spend their lives in the dark! They don’t care for light! I don’t know what the adverse reactions could be! You can Google that! Most people use red Solo cups, or small black plastic nursery pots! Something that light can’t penetrate much! Same goes with transplanting! The less light exposure, the better! I always wait till after the sun goes down. Some people start there seedlings in clear solo cups. But put them inside of red solo cups! So they can take a peek at the roots occasionally. You just want to put as little stress on the plant as possible!
