Here we are! Harvest day went great!
Sparky the auto flower has been bud plucked…..kinda!lol
I cut branches off the main trunk, tied them to the coat hanger, and then trimmed. The lower buds are drying in a cardboard box. Took me 1.5 hours to trim. Might try my hand at making gummies with my trimmings. Already chopped it up, grind it, baked it and stored.
Humidity in closet is 45-55 and temp has been steady 65 for over a week. Humidifier and fans have aided me in this endeavor.

Now on to Mica. Not even sure if she is an auto or photo considering she flowered on a 18/six schedule. The seed was found in a bag of weed.
It’s not looking good! At 3pm I will update with pics but I threw her in darkness for 24 hours as suggested and the stretch was crazy! Almost touching the light now. I defoliated for better air flow and plan on watering/flower nutrients when she goes in darkness tomorrow for 6 hours. Broke down and bought a timer also as suggested.
Found a light leak in my homemade grow tent and patched it.
Gonna need some more advice on Mica after I post pics so you all be ready. It was suggested for me to just throw it away but I just can’t do that to her.

Is this the first regeneration of the plant? I have taken one plant through 5 regeneration before pollinating it for seed.

You left way to much green. Now you have a mess on your hands and have to selectively prune.

My advice, extend your veg program, cut the plant back to 4 bottom lateral branches leaving 2 or 3 nodes on each to develop colas from. Kinda like an unconventional mainline using LST to straighten the branches horizontal.

Your gonna have a real mess when all the current grow tips start branching, if you don't cut back to fewer branches containing the number of nodes you want to grow to harvest.

I know it's hard to let it go but you left to much green and to many branches. Cutting it back will provide a better result. IMO!

You can do what you suggest. Go ahead and experiment. Or follow the accepted techniques shown in the link.

Thank you! I overthought so much! “Sparky” my Gorilla Glue auto is who was harvested. I can’t wait to dry and cure.
Looks like I’m gonna have to buy another OZ to hold me over.lol

Kinda excited! I bought this for $20 because it has a sealed environment and I can control the temp and it’s cleaner than hanging bud in my closet. I covered each shelf with screen and a piece of black contact paper to cover the window. After 24 hours, the humidity stayed between 58-60 and the temp set at 60. Our humidity has a big shift at night and was worried the humidity would go down inside the cooler, it did but only by 2 or 3. Drying my small batches are gonna be a lot easier.

And for those wondering about Mica…. Well, she has been reunited with her brother, Stephanie.

I do have a clone from Mica.
No idea what to do with it so….
In my tiny grow tent is EEVEE
Cut a small branch off Mica right after it went to flower(before the accidental reveg) and all I really knew was what a clone looked like. Snipped all green and flower off, stuck the cut part in a piece of my Aloe Vera plant, and put it in a pot.
Been like this for about a week. Gave it water for the first time yesterday.
Currently 18/6
