Can someone give me some game on Epsom salts? I use this cal mag what’s the difference in using epsom? Is it so you can add mag without nitrogen or what? Sorry if I sound dumb I’m just always trying to learn and I see a lot of people use it. just want to know if I can stop buying this overpriced stuff from these CHARLATANS lol thanks in advance anyone!

I’ve been using this less and less as I don’t use ro water and I have great water from my well.

Should I sub out Epsom salts instead of the cal mag or what? Guide me lol

I use Epsom salt.
It is 1 of the amendments I put in when I make big batches of soil. Shit even when up potting. Sometimes even brew with teas.

If you saw my Purple Chem and Dante's Inferno, this was a test batch on ratios I ran in those plants.

Saw this the other day but not sure if anyone said anything so I'll chime in just to restate the question as I use calcium in coco daily, but I've never used it in soil. My soil grows whither in pots or in the ground have always been natural and yes I will add a handful of Epsom salts in a garden hole for most plants.

Yes indoors under led lights, I water it in, occasionally I will foliar feed diluted Epsom salt and water mix, and I amend with oyster shell, as well as Epsom salt.

Crushed Eggshells in the soil or tea (calcium) and Epsom Salt water not foliar (magnesium)

Mg is more important than calcium. Water 2 tbls per gallon, apply once a month during regular water.

Calmag is not a macro, it's a micro. You really don't need it until at the start of flower. Lots of people get in trouble with adding it regularly.

If you're growing in coco I've found Master Blend to be the least expensive and yet big bang for your bucks. I pretty much use the tomato recipe with MB, magnesium sulfate-epsom salts and Calcium:

I love putting together some flavors cooking kielbasa and sauerkraut. Did a good one last week, accidentally cooked my onions celery and garlic base a little too long and it caramelized, so I added some whole grain mustard and some German hot mustard and water to the mix, topped with the sauerkraut and steamed with the cover on for another twenty minutes. One of my better mistakes in the kitchen.

New 80’ x 8’ berry garden

Oh and the 2x blueberry and 2x Gogi berry plants are a GO!

Oh and I got my new propagator 4 days early!

Oh yeah.. and we’re still painting he house got a 2nd coat over the whole font today here’s the side from yesterday (I can’t show the front but it’s looking awesome wife is over the fuckin moon, just painted the front porch, porch ceiling, then ran out back to start our berry project, I scalped the yard, weedpacked fo dirt along the fence, I’ll now cut the plastic to slide under the fence, this will be a weed free garden, I’ll put down mulch to make it look nice most likely, neighbor has plastic on his side as well and is growing grape gives along my fence, fucking love it he’s the same as me gardens everywhere but 90% exotic flowers etc) plus makes my fence maintenace easy as cake I can paint the whole side with a sprayer in 30 minutes, about 9 gallons of stain

Ps pray for me my back is smoked I need to go back to work so I can rest, my wife’s killin me haha

people are often confused when i lump Tool and Chevelle into the same category. Those people arent super familiar with anything but the radio chevelle songs lol. I think Chevelle is genuinely one of the best american hard rock bands of all time, up there with Tool and the like. They're the closest thing we got left to Oldschool Tool.

Ok I’ll do a yard tour, this is what I do besides all those basement tents lol had to do 2 videos, another nactarine tree and 2 cocktail fruit trees up there

And animal, I wish haha, I can only work for about 20 hours a day, I can only sleep about 4 and that’s if I smoke a fat joint right befor bed, I can’t sleep for shit, swing shift has me fucked beyond repair mentally, I have no sleep rythm it’s pass out till my eyes open the get movin doing… something… I can eat and work at the same problem no problem, have done it for 30 years working, won’t stop now, I’ll grill while running wheelbarrows and spreadin dirt lol

As far as wine making, he does not but that’s my plan with mine! My great grandparents came straight from Sicily, I remember my grandparents making wine in the basement off their own vines, I have room still 3 rows of grapevines about 50’ long each, so about 10 plants per line, im surrounded by vineyards, like 30-40 and all wineries, huge wine tours here people come from china, France, all over to do the tours here grapes grow excellent, also fruit orchards for 20-30 miles round me it’s basically all that’s here, if I turn on my CB radio all I hear is Spanish from the Mexicans in the fields lol

We’ll see how it evolves I’ve spent 4 years since I started with a bare slate, yard had 10 3 ft wide maples and 5-6 other large trees I’ve cleared those, and started the gardens, when we got the house it was wooded basically with no yard, we cleared it and put up the fence then I bargain adding year by year

I’m far from down I have huge ideas but life comes first I make do with what I can when I can and make it all come together when can lol
