So I was contemplating what seeds to get for this upcoming round and saw Herbies had a sale going on. I think I got a decent deal overall. The plan is to run the 6 glue cookies in the 5x5 and 4/5 of the Bruce Banner in a 4x4. Germination willing obviously. Does anyone here grow Herbies seeds or have experience with them? Overall thoughts? Just trying to see what to expect. Not sure what the Amnesia Lemons are in terms of brand but Alpha Fem and EGS seem to be affiliated with Herbies themselves. I do see the reviews on the website seem promising at least.

Update: well so far I’m impressed with @Herbies_Seeds based on shipping alone. I placed my order late Sunday evening(US time) from their international shop. Received an email the next day that it was shipped and as of today my package is already in the states and scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Between the discounts, shipping, selection, etc. if these seeds are stable I think I found my new seed bank.

I've ordered from Herbies and have never had trouble. Do I recommend them? They deliver the beans. They have replaced damaged seeds. Over-all my experience has been positive ... but there's other seed banks I look at before I check out Herbies.

Yeah, I’ve ordered from Herbies a couple of times and had good results. Seeds arrived on time, discreetly packed, and the germ rates were solid. They’re not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for — decent variety and reliable quality. Definitely worth considering if you’re looking for consistency

I’ve used Herbies before and had a smooth experience. Seeds came in without any issues and most of them popped without a problem. They’ve got a good selection and seem to work with legit breeders. Might cost a bit more than some places, but in my experience, it’s been worth it

What’s your go to?
Usually North Atlantic Seed Company. I've also bought a number of cultivars from Greenpoint Seed's Reverse Auctions.

Herbies delivers quickly, they have great sales and nice freebies. They also will fix problems with your order with a smile ... but their every day pricing is higher than some of the others. Last beans I bought, I picked up from B2ACG. I bought Roswell Code, Elementz, and Strawberry Tree (Anesia Seeds) 15 beans for roughly $150 shipped.

I’ve heard a lot of good things about NASC so I’ve been checking them out. I think I must have lucked out on this sale from Herbies as I ended up with 14 beans for just under $56.

One of the reasons Herbies isn't my go-to is they don't have a few specific breeders I like to shop. Last I checked, Anesia Seeds is missing from their offerings. That's just an example. There's a few other big names missing too.

I stated what my experience was with them. They delivered the beans. The corrected a problem. Both of those things are positives. However, if I'm being 100% honest with you, Herbies is not the place I'm going to pick up some seeds. I've purchased from NASC a few times and would recommend them over Herbies.

If you're looking for seeds in the USA, there's some good options out there at reasonable prices. There's no hassles ordering and they arrive quickly. Shop around. There's some good deals out there.
