Think I might take a break till I got something to smoke. Before I take everything the wrong way & lose what if any respect i have on here & piss of folks I like.

There’s a good chance my friend will have some in a week or two the only guy who grows organic. So maybe not to long either way

Going through it like I am Is making me act in a way I don’t like with the nightmare dreams ect ect ect. I haven’t had a break in a long long time so my heads a mess chain smoking like a friggin chimney & waking up after the for mentioned nightmares is simply put making me act like a dick

A melatonin or L-trypophan supplement before bed might help. What supposedly causes the nightmares and other unpleasantness is usually a disruption in the brain's seretonin uptake or levels outside of normal range. Have you ever experienced "green out" after smoking too much weed? That is supposedly a seretonin overload. So when it goes too high or too low we feel like shit. Certain vitamins can help if you're not getting enough. Specifically Vitamin D, all the B Vitamins as they help regulate seretonin, and magnesium. I'm mostly homeopathic approach but if your quality of life is sucking, see a doctor as you might need an SSRI to get things back where they should be, and contrary to what you might think, weed (or lack of right now) may only be a contributing factor, not the cause.

I would avoid ssri’s like the plague, those things are dangerous and become a lifelong fixture once you start taking them. Im not a pharmacist or scientist but I know that diet and exercise can moderate your seretonin levels naturally without a lifelong need for medication. I just don’t trust western medicines approach to treatment, they rarely cure anything with pharmaceutical drugs unless they’re antibiotic or anti fungal. They ignore the cause of problems and instead of correcting the problem they instead bury the symptoms with chemicals and tell us to keep taking their pills.
Now I am not disagreeing with anything you said @Ninjadogma about seretonin and it’s relationship to the body, I just personally know too many people who went the ssri route because it was easier for a doctor to write a prescription rather than try to heal their patients. My gf has been prescribed ssri’s amphetamines and tranquilizers since her 14 year old son was born, as a remedy for postpartum depression. The quality of her health including diet and exercise has never been the same. She use to run daily, swim daily and could eat whatever she wanted. Ever since she started taking those pills her depression only worsened and her impulsive behaviors became regular habits. I equated her doctors decisions to prescribe medication, to giving a person with a broken foot, a set of crutches for life, instead of setting the bone and allowing down time to heal.
Please don’t take offense to my post, it’s my personal opinion which is based upon experiences in my own life.

SSRIs are horrible and as I said I'm more a homeopathic guy, I've been on the meds and I've gotten better results with cannabis and vitamins. I was able to ditch everything. 59 years old no meds at all, lost 80 lbs and going without ozempic or that other shit. Got off the BP meds. I was on SSRIs too and the side effects sucked, affects libido and shit, no Bueno. So now it's just weed, I don't even drink. I will go months without even taking an ibuprofen and lament if I have to. And that said, got sick as a dog going to a club over the weekend and had to take some extra strength cold medicine last night and boy did that suck. I woke up 7 different times thinking it was morning. So this morning I loaded the bong and now I feel better, lol. 🤣

But I've had friends and family with their systems really out of whack, and I've seen how the right pharma has allowed them to have a quality of life they wouldn't otherwise have. The problem is to doctors, they are hammers and they tend to see every problem as a nail that a prescription of some kind will fix, that we then become dependent on. When maybe some lifestyle or diet adjustments could point their health in the right direction without meds.
 
Well I remember hearing we share over 50% of our DNA with cannabis, so it makes sense we have to be fed similarly! 🤣
I love that show, normally I prefer watching newer shows, but Magnum PI was an awesome show. I still think @Captspaulding should’ve named his Maui 86 x Kona 86 , Island Hopper.

I'm a little bit behind with my seedlings. Which I think is a good opportunity for me to make an important PSA: Don't park your snap pea sprouts next to your cannabis sprouts. LFMF 🤣 Talk about reach out and touch someone

I feel that. I'm already pissing off people left and right - hopefully not on here yet. It's weird that when I lose my shit during a break, I really hate myself. I question if weed really is that harmless if stopping turns me into some grumpy old asshole. But I also know that the first couple of days are the most critical, after that it gets much easier. Before I took regular breaks, my brain started racing like crazy once I stopped. I guess it was similiar to ADHS, even though I never had it before I started with weed.

On top of that, I have some shit going on with my kidneys. I drink mineral water (with moderate levels) every day since I was 17. Didn't really drink coffee until 7/8 years ago and I think I should have kept it that way. Now I had about 6 cups of green tea already, that always seems to clear the kidneys. No more coffee for a while and next time I have migraine, I will have to just fight through the pain without Ibuprofen - a real kidney fucker for me, even though I usually take half a pill which equals to 200mg.

Hang in there, you're not alone! 💪
