WhoaWhat is with this?
Fused leaves? Looks cool, wonder if it would transfer to clones or just a freak mutation in the leaf formation (self fimmed leaf in a way?)What is with this?
I can’t wait, damn near chop probably Tuesday / Wednesday which will put them at about 10.5 weeks
Little progress drop for y’all
Lookin tasty up in these tents
4x8 at 10 weeks
4x4 at 7 weeks
3x3 at 5 weeks
2x4 holding the new Frostette 6 mother and kahuna 3 mother with the A&B x Okie 1&2 and Project 4516 x okie
Not sure who will hit the 30’s night throw one in each and see what happens but still time to decide, gotta make it through dry and while they are drying I’ll top dress, let that chill for the 1.5-2week dry then throw in cover crop, let that come up then get ready to plant, figure that’ll give the pots a month of downtime, gotta figure out how to maintain moisture levels while not running a plant but I’m sure I’ll figure it out haha
Beautiful setup! I’m thinkin that’ll be next years pickup will be at least a 3x3 bed I keep wondering what are the exact outer dimensions? would it fit inside a 3x3 tent comfortably?View attachment 2444863Cop some blumats & drip rings? Here’s my 3x3 setup patiently waiting.
I was defoliating and found a bunch like that. Never seen it before. These seeds came from a plant my buddy STS to make seeds. Curious how they will end up being. I didn’t take any clones just kind of pushing them through.Fused leaves? Looks cool, wonder if it would transfer to clones or just a freak mutation in the leaf formation (self fimmed leaf in a way?)
Dutch white is great! I have white landrino, but check out the 13 seed cover crop mixes on Amazon the plants seemed to LOVE when I chop and dropped it its great stuffThe frames 33 1/2” wide. I got the 3 cubic foot mineral and nutrient kit and mixed up my own soil. It filled the bed and 2 20 gallon pots. Using Bas amendments from that chart he’s got until I learn and understand shit better. I found a 1/2 pound of white Dutch clover seeds at the nursery so I guess I’ll be using that as a cover crop for the next decade hahaha. Your plants look great dude thanks for the thread I’ve learnt a lot!
I’m growing a banana og x stardawg, do you have any photos of your banana og plants, more specifically around when you would have flipped them? Looking for a more banana og leaning pheno from this pack I’m runningWow looking lovely!
I agree, many times hermies are due to bad genetics but sadly some strains will always have more chances to herm than others no matter how well bred they are. Chiquita banana is the one I always bring out, any cross from any bank like Fat Banana or Banana OG, will herm on you more than once, but its usually a couple of naners or three, wont cause a seed armagedon.
They look great overall! Is that the first run or multiple runs before?Damn, they are beauties!
I'm doing living soil in earthbox. I really like them. They are sucking up the water. Been using craft blend, the bloom stuff and flower top dress.
They are soon due top dress. Don't do two plants in 1 earthbox. I can barely see the sour stomper (I believe). The other one has bud site everywhere. Been trying to take leaves off here and there, a branch here and there.
Lost control of the canopy. I noticed sugar leaves turning bright green. Not sure if it's genetics or light bleaching. Using a lux meter, it's in range so it should be OK.
Think I'm gonna need to get a dehumidifier for this summer. Trying to keep my humidity @ 65% but it pushes 70%.
I am seeing bronze spots on a leaf here and there, I just can't get a good picture where it's noticable.
Fabulous spread you guys! Was showing upper management your guys’ trellising for tomatoes: )Got some garden / yard updates to add, put down a new 25x10 section of plastic, last I have on hand, but made a nice new bed, will be removing the play set waiting for someone to come get it, but will then be expanding even more lol, no plans for anything to be in this bed this year, just to Solarize it for next year to build on, will probably lift the plastic in fall, cover the ground with about 6” of the composted leaves I have then recover for winter, then I can store the newly fallen leaves in fall and prep the new bed for next year, maybe peppers?
Besides that we had a night drop to 40lost 3 tomato plants and got some leaf damage on the majority, but they pulled though and most look good, it was 82 out today tomorrow supposed to be the same lows in the mid 50’s so we should be safe
Today it’s 76 at 9am weather up here never disappointsFabulous spread you guys! Was showing upper management your guys’ trellising for tomatoes: )
Dang! Your temps about 2 weeks behind us! Glad it’s warming up for yuh finally!
First run. I like living soil better than normal soil and bottled nutes. They look great overall! Is that the first run or multiple runs before?
Here’s a few pics of the Frostette in the 4x4
Nice ...I was gonna ask, when you harvesting!? Nice job!Let’s fucking goooooo
Kahuna 3 down! I repeat kahuna 3 down send trim support
Wore gloves… kept the hands clean but arm hair is like I ran em through a vat of molasses![]()
I started with synthetics, realized I wanted my garden organic to eat, so why would I smoke synthetically grown weed?, so went switched and ran organics as far as Gaia green and amendments the jump up to the living soil this run is a big game changer, as is out the bag with the craft blend it produces very well, now I’ll amend and tweak the bags for the next run once everything dries and is trimmed, and start the cover crop, gunna avoid a mid summer run too hot it’s 85 out right now, back is smoked, cut the grass again in the front so it’s ready for the light rain tomorrow (hopefully)First run. I like living soil better than normal soil and bottled nutes.
Yes I’d still try to source it, some places do shady shit and it’ll qualify as “organic” homemade obviously is the most trusted but not everyone can do that, I kinda been going with the heavy cover cropping and rice hulls and straw to build layers and let it bread down, EWC can be used as well, I was thinking of using mushroom compost I need to research the company and seeNice ...I was gonna ask, when you harvesting!? Nice job!
Wanted to ask about compost and if we should be concerned about where we source it. I had really never paid any mind to it till someone mentioned their reservations about using compost, made me stop and ask ...WTF? But I get it after reading what they were concerned about. I also remember that the use of earthworms (because of their digestive tract) can right any wrong that's present in the compost in question... Am I on the right path with that idea about the worms? Wondering if I should be more careful about where I source my compost or just feel better knowing the worms are my insurance.![]()
