There’s this girl I met about eight years ago, outside a bar on my first night out after moving to this town. A few of us were out there smoking after closing, and she asked if I had any weed. I told her no, I didn’t. She didn’t even hesitate - just handed me half of what she had, which was probably less than an eighth. She’s a cancer survivor, in a wheelchair, and doesn’t have much to her name. Her generosity really stuck with me. I told myself that night: If I ever grow again, I’m going to pay her back tenfold.

Fast forward to a couple weeks ago - I finally had the chance.

I gave her a plastic dog treat container full of bud. It holds about five zips. I had it tucked in a bag, and when I handed it to her, I just said, “Here -Scooby Snacks.” She looked a little confused at first, probably wondering why I was giving her dog treats since she doesn’t have a dog. But when she pulled the container out and opened it, the smell hit her and her whole face changed.

She asked, “What do I owe you?”

I said, “Nothing, hun.”

She said, “What do you mean?” still perplexed

I told her, “This is payback-for helping out a stranger when you had next to nothing yourself.”

She teared up and gave me a big bear hug. Kept thanking me over and over.

From now on, as long as I’m growing and we’re living close, she’ll never run out of bud. I’d give more away if I could, but since that bar closed during COVID, I’ve lost touch with a lot of people. Maybe that’s for the best. I like staying anonymous when I’m growing.

Truth is, I’ve got way more than I can ever use. I don’t sell. The photo is maybe a third of my stash. I’ll jar it up little by little as I can afford the jars.

Looks like there’s a lot of edibles and RSO in my future.

We gave a couple friends of which she had a bone marrow transplant 2 1/2 yrs ago, fkin Dec, spent a month in LA with hubby and while there hubby's taking a whiz and blood was flowing out. Fkin bladder cancer. Her transplant wasn't a 100% match it was like 97% and she reacted with a horrible rash on her back. The sauve I make with THC & CBD helped it heal. Took over a year. Another friend has heart and high blood pressure and thr smoke really helps calm him down and another friend I taught how grow passed away 1 year ago last month. She was sick for a long time and I with all of them it was wonderful being there to help them. None of them have any $ to speak of as you probably know when you get sick you're no longer able to work of generate an income and you have to rely on the government. Been there, lived it for 3 years. I was told I'd never plumb again and with the level of pain I dealt with I believed the docs. I was beyond depressed living on 0 extra but I did have a couple friends who'd come over to watch a game or bring a movie and smoke me out and leave me a few buds. So I know the feeling and it sucks bad and it's so good to be in a position to help others

Separate your box into floors, place the photoperiod lights at the bottom and the auto lights above, you will need two different lighting systems

when growing (veg time 18/6) you can leave auto and photoperiod together.

The autos you can run at 18-6 or even 20-4 for the whole grow but the photo will need a 12 12 to flower. Not sure I would wanna limit the autos that way. I am currently doing 4 autos now.

I was down to a stop she was in front of my car standing still while I was getting my phone, wandered to the side, when I crept up next to her she bolted, in full stride I was doin about 20ish maybe a bit more even

I hung out with this crazy ass Nam vet when I was a teen. We used to do a lot of road hunting (night and day). He could hit them suckers out to 150-200yds, running in any direction with his trusty old 30/30. Never seen a better shot than him. Saw him shoot a big ass Tom turkey, in the ass, with a 12 gauge slug @ 40yds. It perfectly gutted the bird and took it's head clean off, without barely harming any meat. His nickname was 'Woody' and he looked exactly like Johnny from WKRP... He had the craziest Nam stories I've ever heard. If he started talking about the 'bugs' over there, watch the fuck out, it was about to get... I don't know how describe it other than frighteningly surreal; like shit out of a movie.

I was talking about separating the plants. For when the photoperiodic ones go to 12/12, so that the autos stay in 18/6. After in 18/6 the two can stay together .... my fault I should have specified

For example, my photo needs 65% humidity, but the auto's would prefer and do better at 40-50% humidity and temperature etc.

Yeah there's an issue, how can I time it so the auto's still get what they need without interrupting the photos?
