I had that overheat thing at a school function. Outdoors and to busy to hydrate. We had medical staff present and they through me into a walk in fridge to literally chill out

Well dude this happened when I was like 47. And it stuck. I got more and more susceptible to heat issues. Body does not sweat like it used to and I literally have to hose down on hot humid days.
Sucks getting old.

Just today, I had my new neck fan show up the kind that has two little fans that blow on your face…. gimmicky bullshit. Got some of my money man. I don’t even know if it works yet it’ll be kind of cool to find out I suppose but I agree getting old blows, dude.
I’m really gonna have to start thinking about racing in the short season in the winter time

I used to have really super short hair and now that I've been trying to grow my hair out I've been growing my hair out since 2013... But I've had quite a bit that got kind of Natty and I was almost for a while in the city so I couldn't always take care of my hair, so it's only just now pretty long and I like it at this place I don't think it's going to get any longer but I don't mind cuz it's kind of nice.
