Ok. Another learning experience that if I had been paying attention would not have happened.

Cheap bastage that I am I never got the veg nutes in foop just the flower. I topped dressed my widows 2 times but I had also vegged them longer than these autos. The autos I did once as they were in flower nutes by week 4 end.
By reading the instructions for foop veg they have you maintain at least through week 6 and that is the highest pour of the schedule.
.Cap 100% right on reduction of nitrogen causing this early fade. I am going to ride these 2 plants out but will amend the 2 younger ones at next fert.
And I will change the plan to keep nitrogen running on these plants through week 7 on my next grow.
Good call. It's a common misconception that cannabis doesn't need N during flowering. They use N throughout, just not as much during flowering.

Case in point, look at @Mikedin plants. All nice and lush green right up until harvest. That's bc his plants are using the plentiful N, that is available to them via his living soil.

Man now my sugars are fading and I still got a couple of weeks. I knew this not making fan leafs auto was gonna piss me off.
Fuggers gunna dry in the pot at this rate.
half of my plant fading early as well, that's beyond me sometime and my attempt adjusting the regimen, not sure that slow the progress or change nothing at all ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ anyway in the end they still swell enough, fill the jars and taste good so ...

Power washing the house.

In the grand scheme of chores it’s not too bad as long as you got some good headphones.

Many many joints have been administered 🤘🤘🤘

Introducing the MK-42 laminar flow tunnel. Overkill for some work, but I'm going to be mixing and pouring my own agar plates (way too hot to get pre-poured plates shipped). I'll be starting my 1st batch with swabs that I just received today (I caught them when they came, so no hot mailbox).

Once I (hopefully) get mycelium filling the agar plates, I'll cut 1cm wedges to transfer to wbs (5-6 wedges ea qt jar), then eventually make my own syringes, swabs and prints.

The drawing isn't quite right. the smaller tote will be on it's side with the bottom cut out and glued to the bigger tote. This will be both my laminar flow work area, and it'll double as an incubation chamber, simply by putting the lid on the smaller tote (it'll have 2" flow holes with micro cloth patches in the lid that will create positive pressure when closed).

Air provided by my 6" infinity blower will be pulled thru a carbon filter, go into the top of the big tote, thru the double hepa filter and out thru the smaller tote, providing a proper laminar flow tunnel work area. I'll be taking down my 4x4 tent, so this'll be perfect use for my infinitely 6" blower, controller and carbon filter.

@Captspaulding @Thatoneguyyouknow_ @anybody interested in mycology. Whatchu think, will it work? 🤷‍♂️ 👍👎

How do you exhaust the sterilizing flame? I see inlet.

The flame will only be burning to sterilize blades, wires, tweezers and needles etc when I have the top/front off and I have my hands in there working. No flame when it's closed up for incubation chamber.

I couldn't get gpt to get the image right. Here is my 2 minute sketch up drawing I gave gpt to work with:

I grew the best Burmese on the planet lol. I'm saying I think the flame would 02 out on you. I used a tote with rubber gloves set into the sides and packed the incubation chamber from there. Your most perfect environment is going to come from a glass fish tank inside a larger glass fish tank with water between them and a fish tank heater for temp. Your temp and humidity will be rock solid.

The flame should only be bent at 45 degrees to show proper laminar flow. If it blows out you are pushing too much air thru.

I have a whole bedroom that'll be maintained at 79f & 60% rh for growing the agar plates and fruiting the shrooms. I'll be growing Melmac OG if the swabs didn't get fried in transit. I have some Jedi Mind Fuck, Golden Teacher, and one that comes from an island in Taiwan. These are in syringes in the fridge.

Swabs are the only way to get Melmacs and the only 1/2 way safe way to ship them in the summer AZ heat (prints have a good chance, but Melmacs don't make prints; they barely make any viable spores period.

All that's needed for fruiting is a shoebox size tote in a closet with an incandescent light on 12/12's to give'm a slight day/night temperature difference. Coco medium inoculated with WBS spawn. No need for double fish tanks and all that.
I'm well studied on SAB's which are good for most mycology work, but they're not nearly as sterile and effective as a laminar flow hood/tunnel.

My opening words were "Overkill for some work, but..."

That being said, I'm going to give myself my best chance at success.
