It's not "lost" any more than the F-22 is "lost" just because we stopped making it. We're not paying the tooling all over again for the same job so we mumble excuses. Our business is near-earth as far as cost-benefit right now. Dollar for dollar we'd benefit more from an atlantic deep sea research city.
