No smoke here so far I just came in from checking on my gals they got a soaking yesterday and they are still damp at one inch depth.

My sympathies, I Just had my first, and hopefully last, encounter with kidney stones. I’ve broken bones, I’ve had fingernails/toenails torn off, hell I’ve been shot, but none of that was anywhere as painful as a 2mm kidney stone! First thing the emergency room doc asked me was “would you like a shot of morphine”, “He’ll yes!!!! And it barely dulled the pain. About six hours of agony! Been two weeks and my back still hurts. Just for giggles I put the stone under a microscope, couldn’t figure out how something that small was so painful, thing looked like the surface of the asteroid in Armageddon!!!!

Sounds gnarly,Phyto! I don’t know anything about them, but I’ve heard they can be pretty painful! I take it they were able to just coax it along! Didn’t hear you mention any surgery. Tell you to quit drinking beer? Lol!

It finally moved on its own, otherwise they were “going to get it”, they didn’t elaborate, I didn’t want to know! Funny thing, I don’t drink beer

Edit: my wife, who was in the waiting room, got evacuated when some guy walked into the ER and said “ I got a piece of metal in my stomach” well yes, he’d been shot! Unfortunately the nearest Kaiser hospital is in Vallejo. So they locked down the ER in case the shooter came back to finish the job!

Glad to hear you’re OK! You’ve got plant’s to take care of up an old station! Good old, V town! Lived there for 10 years! Napoli whips up a pretty good pizza! At least they did 25 years ago! Tony’s special! Lol!

Oh ya!! Like a drank the brew, ate the bottle an pissed it out. I prefer my brew leaded. No more dry counties for me.

been there with all your issues other than being shot,.though i was hit by a car and almost had to have my leg amputated,..
ya that’s some pain isn’t it,. what you really don’t want to go through is getting a camera up your penis,. no drugs for that one though out of nowhere right before the camera enters there will be 2 guys on each side of you , so 4 guys to hold you down,.. those few minutes were HELL!,,
than apparently there’s a follow up scan,. well i told my doc to get me something for the pain or im getting it from the streets or not coming back, he agreed to give me one valium and one dilaudid,. it helped but barely,.. hopefully that time of life has passed as i never ever want to go through that again,.
cameras, catheters, bags, etc,..

Yeah, when they said they might have to go get it, I was terrified! I’m still carrying about 80 pellets of #4 lead shot, scattered from my shins to my forehead. My chest x-ray looks like a bad connect the dots puzzle.

Good thing I smoke heaters! Otherwise, this might bother me! A little smoke from fires! The red moon is pretty, though!
