Check jade nectar on you tube. He grows the iranian. He has one that is finished now. August 15 done. I Have used her on a few strains and she can bring a typical 8/9 week strain to be an end of Sept finish. Even earlier if you got room to hunt.I looked up the Iranian and it would be just fine growing in Tennessee. So, 2 weeks after us, would put it near Halloween. Not good. But I get a chance to see if it can endure our Fall weather. LOL
No, it doesn’t have ruderalis in it! It just evolved differently! And not all Iranian is 18 hour flower! And has probably had some local breeding over a long time to enhance that feature!Doesn’t that Iranian Landrace have some reduced traits of Ruderalis too? Which you would think would speed the process a bit. I heard Tennessee mentioned, I’m in NC, and we are pretty close to the same weather. Most of my heavy Indicas and close to 50/50 hybrids are weeks into flower. My Sativas are just finishing their final stretching and are finally showing pistils, which puts that harvest in November, but at least the good thing is I won’t have to process all at the same time! Will have time to harvest and groom Indy and hybrids a few weeks earlier. A lil space between harvests never hurt anyone, except the agricultural farmers.
Ok. Easy…. I made an assumption based on the past, which we know what that means, anyhow when breeders get hold of strains I know they refine, research and redo. No, it doesn’t have ruderalis in it! Yeah it seems like they are developing a lot quicker, and hopefully heavier this year. I haven't used any liquid amendments on them, only granular. Trying to see if I can take them the whole way like that.
I agree. Always used mostly liquid before and it'sbeen fine. Just thought I'd try a different feeding process this year. I applied the same method to my Spring autoflower grow and the weight per jar went up half an ounce. The density and the overall quality was better. Even my brother who is familiar with some of the strains I've grown over the years said the quality went way up with those. But we'll see if I uave to cave with the big ones as they get 4-6 weeks in.I use Megacrop 1 part which is granular. If you put a scoop of Megacrop in a plastic container with some water it actually becomes liquid. It also starts to have bubbles in the mix. It becomes active.
I don't think granular and liquid are very different once the water hits them.
Me fucking with them too much. They germed fine. They got lanky so I repotted. Then I repotted again because the soil I bought was shit and it was burning them up. Then this heat didn't help. I'm doing a bean test grow now to see if the soil is still an issue and I should glean some info from that by the time the two newbies are ready. So I think it's my errors for sure. So many lessons learned this summer. But that's ok.You’ll have to let us know your procedure for seedlings someday! It shouldn’t be that tough!![]()
Leave space in your starter pots so when they get leggy you can just add more soil to support them. That will also cause new roots to form on the part of the stem you covered and keep you from transplanting them so soon. Autoflowers DO NOT LIKE being transplanted so if you're doing it 2-3 times of course they're acting that way.Me fucking with them too much. They germed fine. They got lanky so I repotted. Good morning my friends I hope you’re all well. Update on my autos I made a vid yesterday I hope it’s not too long if it is I’ll post some pics. My dilemma is this. My buds are getting quite big now and I found some rot in a main cola 2 days after a brief rain. I shook them colas every one of them right after the rain and we had a fairly stiff breeze blowing after I was done 2 days later I found the rot. Chopped it off no biggie shit happens. Now the forecast has rain coming tomorrow then a dry day followed by3 days of rain another week might get me to the end of harvest even if I can build a lean to to keep the rain off of them 3 days of humidity Will turn my hard work to mush any other ideas welcomed my friends
