Yes sir, it looks like you have a nice operation there....now if them plants would just get a going and fill that space. These others are inside my compound, first pic plants are going wild a budding, second i had to rescue from my green house, temps were at or just above 100 even with fan and ventilation. They are in my coverd smoking are, has a large window....im stringing some LED lights to help.

I have the 3x3 and 2x4 and 2x2 in the other room, got some plans for a lot of stuff This winter, im adding in a another spiderfarmer 4x4 with a G5000 next to the 3x3 that’ll give me the amount of plants I want to run

2 in the 4x8
1 in the 4x4
1 in the other 4x4
1 mother (in the 3x3) (the hydra plant)
1 open slot for whatever I wanna try

Then once I have the big tents in flower I can start early veg for round 2 then it’s veg for spring again lol

Timing is everything I have 3 outside going into flower so gotta have everything set lol

Let me introduce you to the ladies..first up a couple hash plants, then there is Purple Chocolope, next up a couple Skunk#1's, tucked away in the corner is Purple Haze, her sister was an auto...don't know what happen...seeds came out of the same packet...next is Lambsbreath....she is trying to outgrow the tent, last but not least...my Panama Red clone...
These plants are just starting week 3 of flower. They still have some stretch in them. Last photos is of the other a/c unit I hooked up with the exhaust going out of the window. I had it going out of the 4 inch drain in the middle of the floor, but to much heat was radiating off of it. I hope this works better. But, a good morning to all.

I just emptied it, I swear.

(I need to clean it and properly set everything up. I just took my last 3 mature plants out.)

A little upgrade coming today. Pressure is kinda on to get weight going just to keep myself in smoke, so tuning in the water/soil/potting in bag combo should lead to improvements. Yeah I'm staring at my 100w overhead and 100w side like that is a more obvious route but I also need bags and watering stands.

I’d assume by now my 50 worms per pot have doubled or tripled, they look like they are being heavily fed with N, I woulda assumed I added 4-5 cups from the loose of em and I’ve added nothing besides what’s seen here and cover crop rotations

Y settle for 100w led when u can get a cheap ass 600 watt hps and grow some massive buds? Just a suggestion if your on a budget n wanna up your yield

still thinking about how I wanna set up everything might set everything up down at the far end one in either side of the TV then the PC under the TV it’s gunna have dual or triple 32” curved monitors though so not sure yet haha

Keep the 2x4 and 2x2 where they are, that black PC is working perfect still so it’ll be used somehow, maybe I’ll do live stream of the 4x4 grow or something haha

The maples are drying up and dropping leaves, the trees along the ridge are turning fall colors shits wild it looks like October in my yard

I dont really follow this thread because then my notifications go crazy but I figured this was the best thread to ask if this method is viable for cloning weed since most of you here are very, very good growers and also have experience with cloning. I saw it yesterday and it was intriguing:

PD: She is using phytohormones, not synthetic hormones, I know nobody likes synthetic hormones, nor do I. Sponge buds, bad taste, bad for your lungs.

Ima give it a try. I'll tag you if/when I post about it. Here's a Cannabis specific recipe I found:

Cannabis (Hemp) Tissue Culture Propagation Medium​

This recipe outlines the preparation of a modified Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium for the micropropagation of Cannabis sativa L. (hemp). The medium is designed for shoot initiation and multiplication from nodal explants or meristems. Ensure sterile conditions and proper handling to avoid contamination.

Ingredients​

Basal Medium (Murashige and Skoog, 1962)​

• MS Basal Salts: 4.43 g/L (full strength, containing macro- and micronutrients)
• Sucrose: 30 g/L (carbon source)
• Myo-Inositol: 100 mg/L (growth enhancer)
• Thiamine-HCl (Vitamin B1): 0.4 mg/L (cofactor for metabolic processes)

Plant Growth Regulators (PGRs)​

• 6-Benzylaminopurine (BAP): 0.5–1.0 mg/L (cytokinin for shoot induction)
• Indole-3-butyric acid (IBA): 0.05–0.1 mg/L (auxin for root initiation, optional for early stages)
• Gibberellic Acid (GA3): 0.1 mg/L (optional, for elongation in some cultivars)

Gelling Agent​

• Agar: 6–8 g/L (for solidification) OR
• Phytagel: 2–3 g/L (alternative gelling agent for clearer medium)

pH Adjustment​

• pH: Adjust to 5.7 ± 0.1 using 0.1 N NaOH or 0.1 N HCl

Sterilization​

• Autoclave: 121°C, 15 psi, 20 minutes

Preparation Steps​

1. Dissolve Basal Components:
   • Add 4.43 g MS basal salts to 800 mL distilled water in a beaker.
   • Stir until fully dissolved.
   • Add 30 g sucrose, 100 mg myo-inositol, and 0.4 mg thiamine-HCl. Mix thoroughly.
2. Add Plant Growth Regulators:
   • Prepare stock solutions of BAP (1 mg/mL), IBA (1 mg/mL), and GA3 (1 mg/mL) in advance, using ethanol or NaOH for solubility.
   • Add 0.5–1.0 mL BAP stock (for 0.5–1.0 mg/L), 0.05–0.1 mL IBA stock (for 0.05–0.1 mg/L), and 0.1 mL GA3 stock (for 0.1 mg/L, if used).
   • Stir gently to mix.
3. Adjust pH:
   • Measure the pH of the solution using a calibrated pH meter.
   • Adjust to 5.7 ± 0.1 using 0.1 N NaOH or 0.1 N HCl as needed.
4. Add Gelling Agent:
   • Add 6–8 g agar or 2–3 g Phytagel to the solution.
   • Heat gently while stirring to dissolve the gelling agent completely (avoid boiling).
5. Bring to Final Volume:
   • Add distilled water to bring the total volume to 1 L.
   • Mix well to ensure homogeneity.
6. Sterilization:
   • Pour the medium into autoclavable containers (e.g., culture vessels or bottles).
   • Autoclave at 121°C and 15 psi for 20 minutes.
   • Allow to cool to ~50°C before pouring into sterile culture vessels under a laminar flow hood.
7. Solidification:
   • Pour 20–30 mL of medium into sterile Petri dishes or culture jars.
   • Allow to solidify under sterile conditions.

Notes​

• Explant Preparation: Use nodal segments or meristems from healthy, disease-free hemp plants. Surface sterilize with 70% ethanol (30 seconds) followed by 10% sodium hypochlorite (5–10 minutes) and rinse 3x with sterile distilled water.
• Culture Conditions: Incubate at 25 ± 2°C under a 16-hour photoperiod with 40–50 µmol/m²/s light intensity.
• Adjustments: BAP concentration may be adjusted (0.5–2.0 mg/L) based on cultivar response. IBA is optional for shoot multiplication but recommended for rooting stages.
• Contamination Control: Work in a laminar flow hood and use sterile tools. Monitor for fungal or bacterial contamination.
• Storage: Store prepared medium at 4°C for up to 1 month if not used immediately.

It does look like fall....we have had a hot summer, but rain gods have given us just enough to keep the grass and trees vibrant. I water the plants in pots, but the one plant in the ground i only feed it twice a week. Other than that it finds the water it needs.

Very nice, I haven't had a grow like that yet. I like how large and what appears to be very dense buds. What do you feed them? Fox Farm ....Mega Crop?

It does look like fall....we have had a hot summer, but rain gods have given us just enough to keep the grass and trees vibrant. I water the plants in pots, but the one plant in the ground i only feed it twice a week. Other than that it finds the water it needs.

I wish I am straight dirt in 90% of my yard, literally black burned and I can see the dirt, we never get 90’s for Weeks stright at most it’s usually one day a year, this year has been insanely dry, but I’m up in western NY so we get hit with those lake effect snow belts it’s crazy when it comes down, can get a foot and a half going to sleep, some areas can get that for 3-4 days straight, I’ve seen snow 8’ deep the blizzard 2 years ago was 28” 90mph wind, complete shutdown worst blizzard I’ve ever been though in 40 years, drove to work for 2 days in it too “essential worker” yay I can drive when in death conditions haha, was legit cool as fuck while terrifying almost watched 10 people die helped a ton, couldn’t see over your hood, wind was so strong when it would gust my truck heater would shut off then slowly start back up, pitch black middle of the day, wild shit haha

Farmers almanac calls for wet warm winter, bad sign Lake Erie won’t freeze over, that means… BAD winter real bad, the less it freezes the heavier the snow and the worse the snow belts heat up
