It went from the worst plant in the room to the entire room.

This is not AI.

More?

This is when I transplanted it. It had been living in a jug of water. I did not like this plant. It was the runt of the room and always in the way. I topped it for the first time and two days later threw it into flowering with the rest of the room. I took it from a 9-in fabric bag into 10 gallons. I didn't expect much.

Hi there new showing off my plant 2

This is when I realized I had something special and I should really pay attention.

This is when shit got real. This is when I realized I had a plant that I could play with. I could do things you're not supposed to do with plants. So I did some damage.

PXL 20250703 120203906MP2

This is the tracking branch. I did all kinds of different damage to the buds before I figured out the correct damage to turn them into snaking colas. I left this branch alone and watched it grow slowly and terribly. It annoys me cuz I know I can make it about 10 times bigger. It's still better than any branch I've ever produced before.

This is now.

Way too much lights. At least 3,000 w. At all angles. Whirlwind keeping everything cold and dry, destroying the edge leaves. Don't care. Non-standard lighting schedule. Non-standard wavelengths. Non-Standard fertilizer. Wavelengths at the wrong times. Physical manipulation that is recommended against.

Infinite growing snaking colas.

Priceless.

Oh I guess I hit edit limit. No problem.

When I say infinite I mean it. With my lighting wavelengths and schedule I triggered infinite growing. This was triggered in March and this is a 90-day maturing plant. Not for me. It keeps on going.

I have no idea what it'll look like when it's done but I'm thinking something like a bean bag chair.

And when I say done, simply when I'm tired of growing it.

If you look at a leaf and say it's yucky yellow, keep in mind it's probably minty light green and covered with trichones and everything glows in the light. Those trichones are yellow.

Here's a shot of the environment. I had to run multiple high amp electrical lines to run it. Just for the lights. Plus I have lots of stuff on other circuits. Multiple whole house fans pushing in and pulling out of the room.

One plant.

Worth it.

If all the branches look like this, is the entire plant a cola?

Besides the snaking Hydra head colas, there are the edge branches.

I figured out how to continuously top a plant and multiply the edge branches while flowering. I could keep on doing it. Each time I did it I pulled out additional hundreds of branches which dropped thousands of buds. Every 3 days or so. I just got bored doing it so I stopped.

They are dropping large amounts of buds that I will just leave to grow "naturally". Those hang like grape clusters. I'll do a slight light alteration and finish it off a week later. So it's got at least 2 months to go. As the plant doubles and triples in size.

The underbud is rock solid in all directions. The cola tips find the canopy and pick a direction to grow. They leave behind an ever widening bud bases that lock with their neighbors and fill in solid because they're not really colas, they're converted buds and they grow wide as well. When they reach the edge of the canopy and see that bright light, they curl a little bit away because they always want to go up. Then they keep going.

I decided I wanted to double the plant today. 2 hours in. I'm about halfway through.

Spin open everything. Colas grow in circles. They intertwine. Pull them apart. Find the under growth. Yank it out.

Poof. 50% more seeking cola faces open to the light while simultaneously giving them room to widen everywhere. At least a half inch of extra face at the moment and another another 3 in of easy progression.

And then they'll twist up and I'll do it again.

Yo Testtime, this is wild lololol
I dig it 100% you mad scientist !
One time for the one time on some badass knowledge and info!
Interesting to see how I can apply this to my own grow!

Glad to help. As you can see by my login, I'm always testing. I will always do what people tell me not to. I will often find good things.

Sometimes I change the world. Sometimes not for the best. Sometimes for the better. Hopefully this is one of them.

Note: The DEA said in my lab was one of the most sophisticated they've ever seen. You could probably Google out my name based on that statement. Have fun.

I'm 100% legal.

Lmao keep on test 🤟🏽

How long has it been growing?
Seed planted December 25th or so. It was the third group of a batch that started on the the 6th. Incredibly poor grower.

I had to dig it up when it started upside down.

Then it refused to grow. I kept it in the corner of the large bins that all the other plants got transplanted in and then it just kept getting in the way.

It made me angry. I tried to snap it a couple of times when I was moving it. It was too tough.

Then 3 months later when the rest of the plants were ready, I transplanted it into a used bin and hoped for an ounce or two.

Flowering started March 18th.

That picture is about 2 months in. It was terrible. I kept it in a jug of water after that. Shoved in the corner with my tomato plants.

I got lucky. I'm the first to admit it. Sure, I got a shitload of time in but I got lucky. Luck favors the prepared.

24 hours later. Slightly less. 3 hours of work. Lots of it laying upside down and reaching up with elbows in mud.

Music blasting occasionally. I try to keep it slow so I don't rip the buds off. But sometimes The offspring comes on and I got to scream. You got to keep them separated. Come out and play. Those buds. Got to come out and play. You reach in. Then you find something plum sized and you turn it into a baseball and you're thinking next week it's going to be a softball but you got to give it more room. You got to keep them separated. And then you realize the next one is the same and you got to figure out how to fit them together and feed them through everything else. Keep going. How many thousands of buds there?

I tend to ramble on posts. Somebody give me feedback. Is this the appropriate place for these types of asides or should I just stick with the facts? Am I entertaining and informative enough? Do I not amuse?

I visualize a person there but he's got a hell of a big dick. This gets scary. Maybe a Cheech and Chong mascot?

There are dense clusters of compressed buds that shove up like armpits that you have to peel down and peel apart. Sometimes they're maturing and I rip them apart as distant as I can get and then I reach in and I find a few hundred more flowers just trying to live.

PXL 20250821 114933049MP

Remember, I topped this for the first time, 2 days before it went into flowering. I realized you can actually break apart the full internal colas and they'll get wider and get more room.

PXL 20250821 113537514

Everything turns into a drooping shovel.

They're always getting wider because of those branches are growing further and I pull them down and wide again and again. Slowly, opening up the bottom first. Don't snap those branches. Then those flowers drop into clusters and reach out from underneath. If I'm a day or two late and they turn into hard clusters that I really have to rip. The hard clusters will mature and block everything else. The clusters are awesome but I'm not done yet and neither are they. I have to pull them again and again or else they'll all just mature and gain weight and block the flowers underneath. They can press into the armpit and then I get to pull them out. On every branch. At least the short ones. The bottom long ones are a way different story.

Evolution has gone into overproduction of everything possible with cannabis. It overproduces every possible launch point with the expectation that 99% of its sibling launch points will try to kill it and succeed. So it makes more. Same thing with octopuses (i?). 100,000 eggs might turn into two mature adults. Cannabis will produce 100,000 (millions?) bud sites that might produce a final few hundred buds on a plant.

Give infinite light. Give wavelengths. Give time. Give nutrition. Give wind. Give space. Remove the competition. Let it grow.

Think about harvesting in cubic feet per plant, not ounces.

So I have to figure out if these posts are worth the time. Anyone is welcome to drop a note in this and give a little feedback. The more the merrier.

Okay, not doing this again. Time to let it harden.

New terminology for growing cannabis. Choose the point when you decide to just let everything grow and mature as opposed to on a regular basis disturb the plant.

You keep on disturbing it until you're ready to let it harden.

It's ready. And I'm done.

What the fck is happening here. That looks awesome. Is it a good smoke in the end? I tried to figure out how you're doin this but I'm getting lost in the explanation.

It got me thinking of those giant singular pumpkins on plants.

Hey whats up @TestTime thats a pretty wild looking plant 🤯
What lighting schedule do you run? 12/12?

Nope. I ran 1212 to switch it. But then after a few months of flowering I pushed it.

She goes to sleep at 10:00 at night. I wake it up around 3:30. A.m.. I'm impatient

Not only is the smoke great, it's ass kicking. I occasionally chop off test buds and cut them up with scissors and let them dry on the tray overnight. I stopped using water pipe, I will only smoke through straight pipe and if I don't consider it tasty and smooth I just boil it in MCT oil.

In the case of this plant, I have way too much to smoke and 90% of it will be boiled in MCT oil and rubbed on my body.

And sorry, you won't be able to figure it out. I'm going to give enough teaser information to drive people insane.

Really. It's for your benefit. I'm going to create a teaser campaign that you're part of it. In a few months. I'll launch my cannabis consultancy and I'll patent the exacts of this. I will grant absolute free use to all home users.

I know I won't be able to collect more than a couple of bucks so that's not the goal. When commercial users use it, and they will, I'll send them a letter and I'll ask for acknowledgment and $10. That's it.

Everyone will know about it and everyone will benefit from it and I'll get some publicity for my personal consulting.

Are you in? I'll give you enough information to keep you going, but I'll hold out a couple of tiny bits. Maybe you'll figure it out yourself as well when you put all the pieces together but it won't matter, it will be highly publicized in under a year.

Here's your first bit.

100% organic. I had zero decisions on the feeding of this plant. I didn't do it. God did. In the form of my cat. No fertilizer for anyone else.

I looked at that and said maybe I'm throwing this out. Then I looked at the litter box. I'm handling this all the time. I'm kissing this cat. I love this cat. Thank you Kitty.

But I will be boiling the bottom of the plant in coconut oil at 240° for an hour and turning it into topical ointment. I'm not worried about anything living in that.

So if anyone ever wants to grow a plant like this they have to have a starting point of a really good goddamn plant to start off with.

You can unroll those buds all you want on an iffy plant and bad things will happen.

Meet Luna. 18 lb of love. And infinite cannabis. I have to put a shelf up for him. He breaks everything when he lands on it.

And then I have my other cat. No name. Just cat. She might be pissed at that.

I don't know which one or if both. Doesn't matter. I'm saving all cat litter in the future. You never know if it becomes handy. Yik.

Will it fill?

Will I give it enough time?

Probably not.

Green is prettier to me. It's far more natural. It's what I see by default. But when the lights go bright the whole thing glows yellow. Trichones glow.

I love this angle because it shows the fullness of the various branches as they attempt to meet.

But they aren't attempting to meet. They will studiously avoid what we see as dark spots in this picture.

Or at least it seems so.

I have a guess.

I've determined that at various light levels, the leaves don't attempt to grow any more than the absolute barest minimum. There's no point.

Leaves are there to gather light. Don't waste construction energy building something you don't need. There is an absolute maximum amount of light that it can use so there's no point in growing any bigger leav5, grow more flowers instead.

Just grow a tiny leaf. Grow a bit of branch and grow a bunch of flowers and do it again. And then stretch in between and fill in with more flowers. And then shove all those sideways out and shove the top up and do it again.

Keep in mind when I say leaves they are not vegetation from the perspective of a cannabis plant in vegetation mode. Every single one of these leaves would be the internal leaves of a bud supporting the flower seed shell.

These are sugar leaves!

But you've never seen sugar leaves like these. They're allowed to grow wide and see lots of light and get packed with trichones.

It will always attempt to grow vertically but if it can't it will press hard against any angle as it does it. So it is compact by default.

I've cultivated as much as the plant to face downward to start off with as I could. So everybody is fighting to carve around (or through) each other and grow vertically.

Wherever the starting point of exposure to space and light rather than underneath another leaf, there becomes a beginning of that upward travel. It is constantly obscured by another one as they fight for light and space.

This is happening constantly because as anyone is shaded it will get triggered to get a growth boost to bypass whatever just shaded it. Multiply this however many seeking tendrils.

Since it's compact by default from the point of the exit, and they fill in wide from the base continuously, they will be as tight as possible and not naturally seek that dark space and fill in.

That's fine. I like watching it.

I lied. I gave up on giving up. I have to touch it. I got annoyed that the test branch wasn't actually productive compared to the others so I played with it. Magic. Then I realized I should just reach in and start grabbing stuff. So I did.

The ceiling was about to come down. Literally. So I'm building light stands and I'll join them all together and create a little altar. At least that's what my wife calls it. I pray to my altar.

Last night I touched the right hand side. Haphazardly. Just pulled a bit and moved a bit. This morning. It was a totally flat face.

I've never seen a flat face. I like them.
