I would check the input to see if it’s loose for your temperature probe. Those things can get a little wacky and if it’s not reading at all, it won’t be putting in any information into the box.

Here are some hash making lessons learned.. I just completed mine. I put the I believe 260 bag in a seperate bucket. Added water, ice, and product into the bucket, did my washing, stirred like a washing machine. Pulled the bag out with ice and product. I set that into a 3rd bucket. The water was brown color "no stems or seeds that we don't need".....I poured that into the bucket that had the other screen bags. I did this twice....got just as much out of it the second time through.Worked well.....one other thing....I believe I had to much product....I had 4 gallon bags of clippings. The next time I will make hash with 2 bags.I just got a setup to try and get down with making hash myself! These tips are very helpful indeed lol
I like it!!!Agreed 101% COLD seems to me to be the mitigating factor and I mean -0 F COLD. Dry ice in the water is huge as is freezing the bud. Mix by hand and keep the power tools out of the bucket.
The more you agitate the bud the more smaller pieces are made and pretty soon the mesh is packed defeating the entire purpose.
Go slow and easy. As long as everything is ice cold it will work well with little effort.
Try and keep in mind you're trying to break off trichs, not make leaf parts.
Took me several tries stating with a wooden spoon to my ryobi drill with a paint mixing blade. Spoon produced way better hash
Now dry ice hash is really good but you can only slosh it around in the working bag for about 10 seconds. Dump out the whole thing and put fresh ice and bud and slosh it around 10 seconds. Repeat.
Dry ice makes quick work of flower/leaf. Remember, breaking off trichs is all you're doing
