LST question for yall. Any of you regularly play with your plants without clips doing the old pinch and bend, or does grandpa just need to get with the 90's?

I go pretty hard in the paint when it comes to supercropping my guy
I use it all the time for taking an unruly lanky plant and putting it back into my Lights footprint if it grows outside of optimum growing space or for the classic explosive growth type deal and I’m with you, bro when I learned it, I never stopped using it. it’s super handy to have in the tool kit I even have some tutorial videos on it that I made for people here
But I really do enjoy manipulating these plants and making them do whatever the fuck I want them to and that’s definitely one of the main ways to do it outside of LST

Yep, one of the added benefits of those big old knots in the stem is improved uptake to that stalk in particular

Under different circumstances that would for sure be the route I'd go. That rickety screen thing nor the plants in it are no match for 100 mph Santa Ana Winds that roll through these parts sometimes right when the buds are getting good, so I need to be able to pack everything up lickety split and move it somewhere out of harms way til things blow over. I see them trellisses you do and I'm jelly. Absolutely boss.

We move into "red flag" season around mid September and I'm clenching my ass cheeks that last month toward finish that we don't get one of those wind events. I decided to do a grow through the winter last year and Mother Nature said the fuck you will! I kid... it was brutal but those two plants earned their place in a jar on my shelf.

What about those slip on round garbage can bases? Those have 4 nice wheels you can move a whole plant and cage easily with.

It's like... women, man... if you accidentally pee on them at night holy shit, it's pretty much domestic violence. Then some random night in the shower, "Daddy piss in my face!".

You want this, or something just like it, that's what I have.

Not even expensive about $250 for a shitbag chink-tech copy, $400 for a nice one this size. You can set it to even below ambient and if it detects lower it pumps a little heat and makes it what you set it.
Mushrooms are like 15 degrees above ambient for about 10 hours and they are explode into powder dry. 15 hours at 160 to get beef to turn into particle board hard jerky. And electricity is like $3 a run because it only keeps what you set.
It will also dry bud at almost non or no-heat temps really well but the caveat is you can't rush. It saves time but you can easily do something retarded and fuck it up so mostly I wouldn't unless you want to start a set of trays drying THEN transfer them out after a few days. The "head start" shaves of a slight bit of time at 63 ambient for a day set up at 68 degrees but over 70 I wouldn't use a plus 5 degree bump.

We’re at 13 hours 35 minutes of sunlight currently
