Did I mess up

So these babies are 31 days old today. My first grow ever, I used 70/30 coco/perlite blend, General Hydroponics Flora series, in a two by two with different pot sizes as an expirement. They all popped seed the same day, went into the growing medium the same day, and have all been fed the same nutes. I also add Cal Mag to every feed. pH is around 6.2-6.5, RH stays between 45 and 52 percent, 19 and 5 light cycle. I've been mainling and have super-cropped all of them. 2x2 tent with a sf1000 100w light on second highest setting. Do these look right for being that old? They are autoflowers.

They look ok, and luckily haven’t started flowering yet. Your regime might be a bit much for autos. From here on out, I’d leave em alone and let them grow.

As I found out in my auto adventure autos need a light touch as if you do not get a good start and a solid 3-4 weeks the plant will not recover in flower.
I am hoping coco will be different for you but organic soil grow is slower and that IMO is not what an autoflower needs.
I did have good luck with my 4th auto but I used 230 plus watts with side lighting on a single tiny plant.

For autos I found doing nothing until you get a good veg base and then just tie them down and move them straight away from the stem. I do top but the timing has to be correct and enough nodes must be built with 7 being my minimum. My choice of strain had a very limited stretch and that makes balancing a canopy difficult as the plant will still prioritize a main stem.

I think they look OK it's just doing what you did to them training and all that will decide if you timed it right to do so. I'd leave them alone now for abit don't overfeed.

Is your growing medium ever drying out or are you leaving at that saturated all the time because I think I know what stunted your plants here and I think it has a lot to do with lack of air to the roots

Oh, and your lights output setting is too high for that stager growth you’re giving them the wrong color wavelength anything above 50% output is for flowering plants only anything below that is for veg

Awesome thanks. And no, I always let the top dry out and then water until I get a small amount of runoff. I'm going off YouTube and the little I remember from watching my dad when I was a kid. He always used soil though, so it's touch and go here.

The top can be as dry as it gets yet the bottom were the roots are can be wet

Try getting used to the diff between dry & wet via lifting them up & judging the weight

Honestly I really think it’s a lot to do with your watering habits

Zooming in there’s roots at the top not covered in soil/coir sprinkle a bit of soil on top of them to cover them

Yep, I agree Cause the plant looks good and healthy right so the only other thing that you can think about is how wet the medium’s been. now the frequency of nutrients is just fine. It’s just too much water too often in my opinion.

Ok. I will post new pics in a few days when i see some more growth. They are growing about a half inch to an inch every day. Definitely going to cover the roots though thank you

Ok. So I was DEFINITELY over watering. All of the tops on the mains started turning yellow and drooping yesterday. I've been letting them dry out a bit since yesterday morning and now they are all standing up again and have taken on that beautiful shade of green again. Thanks for the tip

Can someone help? I don't know what this is on my babies and Google tells me it could be one of nine different things. Is this a deficiency, or thrips, or something else? First grow, nervous because I'm in flower and i just started seeing this. Thanks
