IT'S A BOY!!!

1st little guy just popped up this morning.
It's grown 1/4" in the last couple of hrs. It's
on a little wedge of leftover agar.
I don't expect it to get much bigger,
but it's a pretty cool little "hello"...

I set aside certain pins and tried everything to get them pumped out. I *think* the idea that it's impossible is BS.
Actual with notebooks evidence broadly tells me that if you take your beginning fruiting pins and isolate them with proportional mycelium by taking a clean cookie cutter and adding slightly more weight over 3-4 days over what you want to section off, then get it in a chamber where there is a gentle, but definite and artificially induced cycle of moisture flow and fresh air flow (so you want your moisture target from something in the forced air) and you want "almost condensation" in that chamber. Also regular daylight plus police lights (ironic) flashing red and blue aux light, but the times don't change when you're making an increasingly "fall" light cycle.
All this over 70 tries produced bigger pins and a few flat out regular large mushrooms. I can't say as for sure but I think it trended towards success.

The problem with loving efficiency is that when someone brings up gun control and you make fun of the ATF shooting dogs, some small part of your brain goes off and designs a system whereby dogs are bred and robots place them on a conveyor for the atf to shoot them, and then delivers the body to the farm that feeds more dogs.
Not that the goals are desirable nor the methods moral or anything is at all good about any of it HOWEVER... it could be done at the exact rate correctly with good science.
I must carry german in the genes somewhere.
And so we discard these thinks without applying any more of them and have a positive mental health day.

I always stick them out back man. By the time I see that they are actual male flower. There’s enough of a window for me to be able to get a pollen dump to harvest some of it before it starts to revert back to veg because the days are still kind long of here
