It's a balsa box I made with ducktape it has 3 fans 1 pc fan with a carbon block on the back then a set on 2 resin printer carbon filters they work amazeing for small spaces then it has 2 vivo sun bar lights 2 full spec bars for the top and a full selection style bar for the last side , it has a heat pad on the bottom for germinate and then a metal slide in trellis for sea of green ill take more photos today and temp runs 83 degrees 70% humidity

Check out my "Sound Machine" grow. You might find it interesting. Im also willing to answer any questions you might have. I had 2 plants in 6cu ft of space. It wasnt the best smoke ever but it worked!

You might want to put the pot in something and drill a hole in the bottom of the box so you can put a drip tray underneath. Its a lot easier to water when your excess drains out the bottom. I used a drip tray with copper pipe through the center to drain the waste out of the growbox.

I personally dont do much in the way of training. Your plant looks happy and healthy

So in a nutshell, it is getting your lower branches down so that you have a full canopy that is all about the same level. This provides air circulation and more light to most of your plant.

Lst is low stress trening usually bending your plant in a way that your side branches get the full light you het them out of the shade.once they taste the sun the will start growing like crazy.
Hst is high stress trening most basic are topping where you cut the top of thw plant and the 2 side branches now become the top.or supper cropping where you break the plant without opening the skin.its used to make the plant lower.

Now the biggest difference with hst and lst is the time the plant will stop growing to recover from the stress lst is a lot faster

A drop of water can't magnify the sun to burn anything, be fire everywhere in that multiverse.... Earth MC446D would be a baren wasteland, instead of Iron man and Spiderman and Dr Strange they would have Iron fish Spiderfish and Dr Fish because life could never leave the oceans.
