I think this time I will finally grow enough to last me until the next run. I have five 4ft plants and all different strains - I will go back and forth between them, avoiding to build up any tolerance.

Plus being sober can be fun too - was a bit weird after about 25 years of daily smoking, but you'll get used to it.

Yeah it's weird actually, the first time I ever came here was right after I ran out of weed 1 year ago. Had a blast for a week or so, then a friend of mine brought me half an oz of weed and some hash, but something seemed off about it, I smoked it anyway and it made me almost stay away from the forum for good. It took all the fun out of me.

Also when I start smoking again after a longer break, it can happen that withdraw from all forum activities for a month or so. Also depends on the strain. With the last run it was cool and I spent alot of time here, not long after harvest.

The climate thing is so strange.
Every rising temperature projection from data sets is weirdly inside the stated margins of error listed in their own methodology. Meaning there is no data.
But assuming the data represents a trend and no specific numbers, it fits the hysterics. Then one considers GEOLOGIC TIME.
Hmmmm.... less than 1,000 years isn't climate, it's weather. 1k year GAT timelines show dramatically less problems. 10k to 100k and more are even less remarkable. As we approach the scale needed to get a frame for the GAT which is the subject of all of this, the problem shrinks a LOT. We are effectively not in any kind of remarkable place on that front.
FUCKIN HOWEVER.
It's kind of common sense we should be doing some kind of stewardship. We all know not to take a jug of motor oil and go dump it in the river. Children know that without even knowing the properties of oil.
And all the eco-friendly stuff is made, counter intuitively, by China which is one of the worst polluting rotten shitholes to ever exist. For which they employ slaves and gulags.
