Greetings Fellow Pharmers!!
I've made a few changes to my room:
First, I upgraded to Magnum XXXL 8" hoods :anim_19:
They are probably the best thing since sliced bread!! I love em, if you dont use em, you should... if you can handle the SIZE of this hood, and the weight too! because they are heavy.
Here is my new upgraded and insulated manifold for my Ice Boxes, switching from the poly tubing i WAS using to this (3/4" inlet, 1" outlet PVC) has already made a HUGE difference in temp control AND the frequency my chiller turns on:
This is my "AC" as you can see above, the two hoods are connected, and attached is one icebox. The other IB is hung with a 440cfm fan and does a GREAT job in keeping temps steady:
This is the poly tubing that connects the manifold to the iceboxes, it is wrapped with pipe insulation (its like insulation glued to a foil tape type of thing, works GREAT but was really hard to install)
These are my dehumidifiers, they used to have issues some times (probably because they used to be on the floor and i had to move em around to walk around, and their draining would 'mess up' but thats been fixed ;) )
They sit on a elevated table inside of a plastic bin, up out of the way :)
if you look closely, you can see that the bin they sit in also has a drain that drains to waste aswell:
