Planning for next spring.

Columbian Gold Landrace feminized, I have the seeds.
Lookin for Oaxacan Gold but I may settle for Mountain Gold by Green Mountain
And after watching this cats Fruity Freak I am seeing it in the repertoire as well. Fem or Reg, I don't care. https://growdiaries.com/diaries/251...ity-freak-grow-journal-by-torrens?lnk=2068104

So my goals are set for 2026 Outdoor.
The landrace team has Oaxacan gold! Be taking a walk on the wild side!👍

Better a non event than my house and shop going the way of the Toto.

Went out to check on my last 2 plants and as I was walking out there I was like DAMN them mofos are smellin SKUNKY !!! Then I see this !! The funny thing is...if it's Texas, Arkansas, West Virginia, Florida or Washington they all say the same, "Don't like the weather, wait 15 minutes it'll change." 😂 😂 😂
When your close to big bodies of water, it really can change that quick.

We have three separate climates, going from North to Southern Ohio.
Just a few minutes north of me is our lake affect band. Where the change in the North blends into mid state.
Less than an hour south of me, temps can be 10° higher. Ohio is that screwed up.😆

The rain is here, have you gotten all the weed in?
Nope. Most of it. Still have 4 plants out there. Wedding Cake (both large and small), driveway Dream, and small N. L.
I was hoping to have it all inside the barn by now.
I did get the barn reorganized. I can now squeeze in the remaining plants if the rain doesn’t destroy them.

I love Arkansas. Spent Christmas late 90's. Everyone has a pond🥰🥰🥰 I wanna pond! Drove through the panhandle of Texas with cattle and snow on the ground. Fell in love with that place too. Wife and I looked at Tennessee, 30 acres, 24/7 stream, well, old farm house for a dozen years. Hunt and fish on my own property. 3 dogs, 2 labs, one white and one red and a hound dog, we'd name 'em Red, White and 'ol Blue. We looked for years but we got old. We were both born here and we'll no doubt die here.

While we may live in the "city" we're in San Diego county surrounded by old horse property. Our neighbor across the street has 4 acres. We've got about 3/4's. I love it here and it would be hard to move but I grew up in a city with the only open spaces were parks and schools but we were 10 miles from the beach and 30 miles from the mountains where I spent a lot of my time. I could very easily live off grid and wish we had moved 10 years ago but of all places on earth to die it could be a lot worse😉

In all my years of growing I've never had that street light or neighbors light interfere with a flowering plant, until I did it to myself. No herm, thankfully but on the South side 3' away from a lighted greenhouse

Sits my Gelato 33 #2

The lowers on this south facing side are just starting to flower

While the upper and the rest of the plant is

Seriously lucky no herm.

Thats really cool!!!!
I know, huh. I honestly don't know WTF I was thinking placing these flowering girls of all places there🤣 Totally lost it. I need to remove that old stand and place a new geenhouse in that space. I bought 100' of PVC pipe today and will be mapping out a 7.5 x 9' greenhouse very soon and I'll diary it. Easy construction with fittings and 4mil plastic. I use these 2.5 x 3' pallets and attach the pipe. I gotta order some fittings yet as I'm trying to show actual cost. I'm guesstimating $135+/- but well worth the investment even if you can only grow for 5 months a year as you'll only be replacing the plastic sheeting every year there after or twice a year if you can grow year round. Small price to pay for a little greenhouse that you can expand. You'll see😉

Thats a great way to save a few bucks!! Store bought would be 10X's that cost.....would also still need to replace the cover every year!!
Where you live, whats the weather like November to March?

Sunny so cal. You've seen the Rose Parade. New Year's Day 80's, sunny. Our winter is usually Feb with a few overnight freezes but not many. Depends on the weather flow. We had 5 years of wet and cold weather and this past winter was very mild. Hoping for another. Plants don't flower well here in the winter with 10hr light, cold, wet, etc. and I flower plants here in the winter😂
