I have rats and mice, being on the edge of the city and they can wipeout dozens of seedlings overnight. I bought a set of electronic devices to keep them away in the greenhouse. They last a few years but as soon as they fail I'll lose a plant or 2 and know I need to replace it. They can really be destructive.

I also have gophers and have given up trying to grow anything in the soil. Everything is grown in pots on pallets or 2x4 & 2x6" pieces of wood.

Most of my plants are on pallets but this past summer I planted several directly in to my soil and say 3 outta 10 got attacked and died. I probably have used those noise makers or whatever they are called.

Heya Jimmie did you come up with some kinda fix to keep the voles from chewing on your plants. I lost 3 to mice or perhaps voles?

It was partly my fault. I put down straw, gave them shelter. I’ve had them before, but this year was an explosion. I read castor oil keeps them away. I’ll see what happens next year.

Last but not least 5 ounces of mixed, stuff I plucked at the last minute, still good looking stuff. I thought I was going to have a shitty yr yield wise. One of my guys said I’d only get 3 lbs. finished with right at 8 lbs. now to distribute, beer dist, ice rink, sushi place, lumber co, friends, family and anyone in between. Forgot the coffee shop. I’m gonna make a lot of Jamaicans happy!only bad part, no more updates from all the groovin growers on here. Always a pleasure and a great group of people. Even that fucking Chuckie!

This is Chris's chem. I have a new brother, courtesy of ancestry.com. lol He is from Cali. Born into cannabis. This is a cross he made last year. He used Chemdog D, from csi humboldt, and crossed it to double o.g. chem, from rebel grown. I guess the double o.g. won at emerald cup. The flavor isnt as intense as I thought would be. Grew 2. Will be testing the other soon. Perhaps this is just a meh pheno. More smoke review and pics coming!

120 hardening at roughly 5-6mg by my calculations.

I'm planning on making some oil from grape seed oil, someday. Recipe calls for lecithin, so I'm curious.

Yes sir......that is what I make mine....5mg.
Do you have a THC tester as well??? I need to make some more gummies.....maybe tomorrow....within the next couple days. I will document my procedure......on Winter in Northeast Ohio.
It would be something to compare your procedure to...

I do the same. I always make caps and make brownies, cookies, etc. I also use a Cherry Wine hemp plant, 12-18% CBD, 0.3% THC.

While the link below is the recipe for sauve the extraction is the same. I've made my share of gummies but prefer the 00 caps. And no I do not have a TCH tester, yet but really don't need one except for curiosity

Coconut oil is very similar. We switched from corn and peanut oil and love it. That and butter is all I use for extraction these day and I've tried olive, corn and peanut oil. All worked well but I like the lightness of coco.

Yeah, I don't use much but I give it away to a few people suffering cancer and one who had heart issues so as a precaution I never put any in hers.
