It's rcd in pure coco (bc rcd is what I know, but I've never grown in coco b4). Water is still running through the pots, just not as good as it was. Picking them up isn't really an option bc of how the pots are already tipped (they are in Dutch leach trays, that are made for rockwool slabs, they don't have a flat bottom that the pots can sit flat on; which makes things even more awkward), plus they're double netted, plus the pots are too full...Your running an nft setup my bad I should have looked a little better. I would say the weight of the plant is crushing the roots making those pots not drain efficiently. Still maybe try a hydrogen peroxide flush and try maybe putting a brace under it to lift it up a little better.
