See all those tiny little air bubbles.....well thats it trying to get rid of the remaining iso or everclear. I always leave it on a warmer, once I think its done, for another 2 hours. Low and slow

There you go! Looks solid !!
The best way I tell is by leaving it on low heat like 140-150 F for over a day till it gets to how yours looks, and even then, I’ll leave it another day with only a fan blowing over it while covered with cheesecloth.
But honestly if you distilled in some type of grain alcohol, think about it, you’re just consuming THC and alcohol, nothing bad, but the flavor might not be the best. But it looks ready to me, I guess it all depends on how thick you want it

The city planted them on the sidewalk meridians in our neighborhood. They are all the same uniform purple variety. Not as deep as jacaranda, but still very pretty. And messy when they fall off the trees.

@GNick55 brought this up when someone asked or mentioned how to know if you got a good work over on screening your hash. So I thought I could apply that to oil or butter infusing too. And it did. Nick said “check for trichs if they’re mostly gone screening more isn’t doing much” and I am liberally paraphrasing. I infused this and now taking a look see. Maybe a few trichs left but not enough to try again with it.

I do a final wash with distilled water.
It gets rid of the alcohol taste.
Also when I put the rso into syringes the water separates and is easy to seperate.

What'd you use to extract? Everclear?
I picked up the bowl and roll the oil around. Usually can easily tell if there's any alcohol/water left.

I usually do a final wash with distilled water.
And try to use science to seperate oil from whatever else. Oil will seperate under certain conditions. Ex (if cold)
