Personal investigators, police, FBI, ASIO, the CIA and many other imaginary groups that don't even know they exist and really couldn't be fucked employing helicopters, planes and truck convoys to spy on a nobody with nothing bar $3 in change, a trolley full of rubbish and a meth habit.

Well back in the day my brother cooked and I delivered, and the paranoia was both real and imagined. He had this English buddy who used the word "Coonkites" to describe the imaginary people who are walking up on your roof, hiding in the bushes, and sitting inside that car parked out front trying to pretend to just be a headrest and not someone's head.
