Well it's somewhere between 80-90 hrs since going constant fertigation. I'm not seeing any negative effects except the extra defoliation work.

Full canopy again and the roots are in the res making me a liar. I'm mainly worried about them interfering with the pump. What do I do just cut them where they're hanging over? Do we think leaving them isn't a problem?

Yea mate, if just prune the roots if you are worried. I usually cut the bottom of my bound up root balls a bit if I'm transplanting and never have any issues. They are pretty hardy..
