Still not sure what is in the water here but I was able to find a few springs located within an hours drive from my house. So I will be using spring water for this next grow until I see a water test report.

Are you staying properly hydrated and getting enough potassium? Sounds horrible Ive had some similar issues when I pushed myself too much I can’t eat bananas so my potassium has to come from leafy greens for the most part. Ever thought about hiring a younger kid to help with the real heavy stuff. I have had to hire my younger brother to help me with extremely heavy orders for delivery.
It was hot, I took 3 bottles of water, drank 2 in 4 hours so yeah, hydrated but I'm OLD🤣

When I moved here I didn't think about how much I would sweat and I got mineral deficiencies to a point where I went to the ER and didn't know what was up with me. Now I'm good though. But I supplement some now and I have learned that 3+ hour workouts with very little liquid was ok in Sweden, but here they can absolutely drain your SOUL. I felt like I had been on a drinking binge for days. Specially when doing things outside, the wind and the sun. You who come from warm places knows this already, but for me it was a surprise. I have lived in Thailand too but then I was in my twenties and I did as little physical labor as I could.

Be smart about your workouts stud !

Uh. A guy payed €60 (about the same as $) to get a custom engraving on his DHV. Those laser engraving machines can't be that expensive right? Effing easy money. I eat food for €60 over a weekend and it's good right. I gotta go watch some videos on the subject.

I was in UAE a lifetime ago....the UN dropped of a pallet of bottled water for our crew.....we thanked them but let them know we had water. There response was that we didnt have mineral water....this water they gave us was full of minerals....chapped our lips ...but got all the minerals we needed....so I get it.

Man i almost can't believe it. To workers came to my door. The wanted to change the heat meters.
I said: one moment, closer the door went and closed my closet and turned off the light, covered the harvest, then went back.
They then said: we can't do it. It smell too much from hash.
So what? i said.
We're not allowed we could loose our drivers licence.

Have you ever heard some brain washed shit like that before.

Gay4pay? I mean I sort of understand what it is because the name is quite telling. Sorry, that's the wrong end to start this story. Right I picked up a humongous man right. Not fat, but a bodybuilder. I was trying to get the guy chatting and I asked him what he does for a living. He was NOT chatty. After like 5 minutes of awkward silence he says "I do gay for pay, ok?" And puts a businesscard on my dash. Wow. He seems like he gets around. A real professional.

He didn't send off a gangster vibe. One of the many perks with having dipped your toes in outlaw life as almost everyone of us has I'm assuming, is that we feel it in the air. You know, we know when to not ask questions and such and feel when it's not time to mess around. It's an invaluable skill when you drive a cab.
