I’ve read Capt talk about some strains can skip the whole milky phase and start going to amber. Is this what is happening here?

Not sure C : ) i just remember Capt talking about it. Im not sure the order of trichome evolution on a strain that would be doing that. I’d love the amber, but too many clear trichs will make me paranoid : )

I'm seeing amber in there and I'd chop. Once amber is seen those trichs are starting to degrade and oxidize breaking down THC into CBN.

I've started taking plants before amber but all are opaque. Working very well

My guess is this only happens if you are doing something else besides mowing the lawn but yes the law is very broad.

I've had it happen outdoors. Mine wasn't the strain it was an environmental issue related to triple digit temps. They didn't really go from clear to amber, they just spent very little time cloudy before they degraded in the heat.

But looking at @Florida_Mike 's pic, it looks like one of those teachable moments to show someone they might want to look for honey color instead of amber.

Hehehe. One of my neighbors came by this afternoon... He's doing handy work for the neighbor behind me and stopped by asking if I wanted him to trim my lawn with his edger. I never do it and wife would be pissed if I spent money for someone else to do it. Well somehow I managed to shift the conversation to weed and I wound up grabbing a handful of some pine buds and throwing them in a ziplock for him. My way of saying can't hire you but I'm not a total dick, here's some weed.

I just heard a commotion outside. He decided to do the trimming anyway. So at 4:45 pm I'm going to splash some water on my face and shirt to look like sweat when my wife gets here.

OK i need some opinions......these 2 little clones are about 5wks since i cut them. I just transplanted them into these 1/2 gal pots (2L) they say on them. I'm really curious to do 12/12 on them like the 12/12 from seed but with these clones. As you can see there's no side branches yet. These are the RS11 x Okie and the plants are small anyway at least what i've seen of them and i've grown several now indoors and outside. Do you guys think it's possible to do 12/12 on these now or should i wait longer to see side branches?

Hey there @Galgrows, if you flower them soon they will stay to one long main cola. It'll be easy to trim and can fit them anywhere as they dont take much space

I put the Lovebirds by the pool and have been removing some girls (maybe pollinated, I've found a seed in the GDP girl by the Afghani Primo male). Back crossing it to a parent. No, I haven’t checked the rest of the plant BUT I have made ID bracelets for each of the 4, G33, BBHP, Mother'sMilk and of course Grandaddy Purple (I'll never not grow or have GDP This GDP back-cross might be something duper special. We'll see. This one is coming down tonight and on my water heater pan. Pics soon, lazy right now

I need to cross the GDP X BBHP again. I don't have any clones of the GDP but after SEVEN generations they should be "fairly" stable Again, We'll see
