If I plant a forest I'd get visitors for sure. That's part of why only a few plants.
Ya, our next door neighbor kid (30 something) has friends over all the time and I keep expecting someone to rat me out. When harvests were good I was giving him lots of weed twice a year. Haven't had a good harvest the last 2 years so nothing. 🤷‍♀️

FYI people, if you have a plant with ANY Okie in it, prepare. They are vigorous, pushy, and demand space. I have, I believe, three females and they keep getting in the way. Too big, too many stems, grow too fast, the list goes on.... 😉
Just spent 3 hours watering, pruning, and re-arranging all 22 plants. Hope I can keep them alive for another 30 days. But actually, I also have some seedlings going... ya, I know. LOL

You got your hands full. You are a prime candidate for the tray to grow system by autopot.

Got the seedlings new shoes. They're not very big, 2 1/2 ", but hopefully it will tie them over until I can get outside and play with more soil. It's hard to stay clean and tidy when working with that stuff. 🫤
I also have my 'main' set of fem photos in cups. Afghani (landrace), Kalini Asia, Hindu Kush, Indica Cream, Sticky Beast.
I also have some 'might be's, that I should just get rid of. 🙁

Yes, I want to take a close look at that. Do you use it? I have questions.
I can see that tray system being a worthwhile system for your current setup C. Not hydroponic yet but I can see you rocking this setup in the near future. You’ll have some to give the neighbors kid 3.5 times per year

Im not to familiar with the tray I use the geo pots only the 2nd week into using them but I love not having to water every morning before work. They are the same concept though. So far great investments. Plants seem to be doing just as good if not better than when hand watering.

this is in week 4 to 5 in flower and smells great. I have 3 plants on the reservoir and go through 5 gallons of water every 3 days. But the simplicity of mixing if you're using liquid nutrient or just dumping ph'd water in a res and walking away is hard to beat.

Air cube is awesome 4 the final pot. With what he has as a staring point a tray would be pretty nice.

Damn!

Just want to show the recuperative power of water to these plants. I missed this one when I watered last time and hubby thought it was dead. Gave it water, came back an hour later and it looked just like all the others.

Wonder what physiological changes may have happened, and will it affect anything?
Yes, I've been watching too many educational videos about these plants. LOL

I dont mind letting them dry out a little if they are a leafy plant. It helps shed some leaf and help airflow.

Some say dry spells increase trichomes...im not comvinced.

They just do great in recovery. You won't see autoflowering one's look so good if this was done to them. In late flower when i skip watering for too long the plant just feeds from itself sucks all the chlorophyl out that's what happens to me LOL old yeller on some strains not all.

I got some new measuring spoons for my 'special' brownie brittle powder. I usually take 1/2 t at a time, but thought I'd try 3/4 t and found it a little stronger. 2 hours later I had another 3/4 t and wow, I think it was cumulative 'cause I barely made it to the bed. (7:30pm) Woke up at 11pm and fought to go back to sleep the rest of the night. Stomach hated it too.

Well, lets just say, I won't be doing THAT again.

Yeah, been there, not fun

I said the wrong thing, I'm starting the nasturtium seeds in the Jiffy tray. It's too late to start tomato plants in Mich., and I love nasturtiums. I love to look at them AND eat them, they are a little peppery and the spur has a tiny bit of sweet nectar, if the butterflies and hummingbirds don't get it first. 😉
